Restore Me (Wrecked)

Definitely an Emotional read. This is such a well written book that is easy to get attached to. Im very strict with not reading crap books that aren't a good read so believe me this is a fantastic book.

Liked it and the cliff hanger has you wondering but not as bad as th last one. I will be nervous t o see how and where it all winds up. The story stays true to her plot and the ups and downs keep you waiting.

Restore Me makes you believe that even in the worst place in your life that it will all be ok if you have the heart and gusts to fight for what you want! I loved it and can not wait for the next one!

I bought it this morning, went to work, and began reading after work. I finished it in a matter of hours. I loved this book! I was ready to scream, cry and then I melted!!!! Can't wait til the next 1!

She did it again...sucked me right into the world of Damon and Jo. Finally a story that felt real, characters were developed and everything was not wrapped up with a big bow. I can't wait to see where this story is headed.

First and foremost, it is imperative that you read Wreck Me before Restore Me, otherwise you will not understand the inconceivable forces that brought Jo and Damon together.

When I first read Wreck Me, I thoroughly enjoyed it, and didn't think that a follow up book could live up to the emotional roller coaster JL Mac brought  upon us. Well I couldn't be more wrong! The first half of the book picks right up from the moment we left Damon and Jo on the side of the road. I have never felt such loss for character, as I did for Jo.  If it wasn't for Grams, her snarky comments, and the love and hope she offered Jo, I don't think I would have been able to continue reading.  Not that the writing wasn't fantastic, or that the story wasn't top notch, but because I was so emotionally vested in these two.  I felt physically sick for the first half of the book.

Now that I got that out of my system, let me just say...when things started to turn around, it was a pleasure to read. The love these two have for each other surpasses any past demons, indiscretions, and wrong doings. They love each other openly, honestly, and eventually unconditionally, despite all their individual faults (as well as their codependent disfunction). Oh, and did I mention their sex is still HOT!  It's not as intense as my sexy, steamy favorite My Nights With Kate, but with all the emotional turmoil it's probably for the best!

Grams and Brian are great supporting characters.  The plot thickens with Elise,  Andy, Edward, and Noni added to the  mix. There are many twists and turns, and we really get to learn a lot more about everyone.  I was disappointed in the length, being much shorter than Wreck Me.  So hopefully Accept Me will come out as a full length novel, and soon.

Awesome story!! I am completely hooked. I need book 3!!!!! The story is filled with tragedy but also with an incredible love story. I was sucked in from the first book and I find myself dreaming about the characters and their journey. This story is definitely worth reading.

For the first couple of chapters I was literally in tears. I was expecting the worst with Damon, but I ended up being surprise. And as always Grams OMG made the story boy, she's so funny & laid back. The ending are going to have you guys flipping your wigs. I can't the find out what will happen next.
