Burn in Hail (The Hail Raisers Book 3)

I enjoyed this latest from Lani! I always enjoy her characters and plot lines. This book is no exception. There is a good amount of steam, romance, suspense, and action to propel you through the reading. My only issue would be that there are inconsistencies in he story itself. I suppose continuity errors as a favorite YouTuber likes to point out when reading books. One of these errors would be that the main heroine has teeny boobs and then several chapters later hey are ginormous. Unless she got a boob job I’m unsure how that happened. Overall it was a very good read!

Then we have the preachers daughter Hennesy, lucky girl. You have it all with this book..And you will love Tate..I loved it, but please read it and see what I am talking about, I could tell you a lot, but I am not going to write a story as a review, I leave that to author..but all I am saying is kudos to Lani!! Enjoy!

Loved the characters but they lacked the depth that her characters normally have. Left with a lot of questions. What about Tate's dad? Who was the creepy guy and why have him in the story? Just ugh!

After getting out of prison, Tate is ordered to see Hennessy as a therapist. They get to k ow one another and things get heated. When she finally tells of her past, Tate sees red and goes about seeing things set right. This book was awesome. I love the main story but the way this Author tells a story within a. story was awesome. A must read.

As always, I enjoyed this installment of The Hail Raisers series. I always love when 2 people who are meant to be together beat all the obstacles in their way.
Impatiently waiting for the next book in this series!

Another fantastic story by Ms Lani Lynn Vale. The town bad boy and preachers daughter, loaded with hidden truths, suspense, misunderstandings, humor and a very undeniable love between two people who have been through a lot. Tate and Hennessy have a beautiful connection, amazing chemistry and a wonderful friendship. They bring out the best in each other. I'm never disappointed when I read a Lani Lynn Vale book.
Highly recommend!!

What a great story. I totally enjoyed Tate and Hennessy's story. They were not two that people would think would be a match for each other, but these two puzzle pieces fit together so perfectly that no one else would do for them. Tate being the "badboy" and Hennessey being the preacher's daughter, who would have thunk it? But they are wonderful together. I loved reading both of their life stories, although I wanted to beat the crap out of the parents that they had, they, together overcame those losers and not only them but the gossips of the small town that they called home.

Tate is a strong character and one that has made mistakes but for good reasons. His only true sin is that he has a mother who is the town whore. His mistake, killing to save a young girl from being raped. He did his time and is made to see someone about his anger issues. That someone; the beauty who has had his eye since she was 15, Hennessy. She's smart, innocent, good hearted and has his pulse beating faster each time he has to spend his time with her during their sessions. But when these two finally get together, it's hotter than a Texas summer.

Secrets are ugly things, but there are secrets in this town that no one knows, other than the parties involved, and when those secrets begin to come to light, it takes everything Tate has not to take things into his own hands and end Hennessy's tormentor's life. Then again, there are more secrets that light is to be shed on and when it does, well let's just say that Karma is a bitch and she has a thing for one Reverand Hanes.

Great read and I highly recommend this steamy and entertaining read. You don't want to miss this one!

This book is different than my normal reads...actually different farm anything I've ever read. This is my first Lani book. I've followed her for a for a while, but never read her...and boy have I been missing out. I fell in love with this story. Now I am going back and read the first two books and can't wait to read about Lark! My reading list is going to be full, which is never a bad thing!

I really loved this book and the characters. Hennessy was the perfect fit for Tate. Just wish it was longer so we could enjoy the goodness! Humor, sass, and the beauty of falling in love with these tso!
