Another AMAZING book by Lani Lynn Vale. This is a second chance romance and I absolutely love it.

The way that Reed just dove back in is sexy as hell. He didn’t hold back. He knows what he wants and he’s going after it. Krisney has loved Reed for all of these years, but she’s so afraid of getting hurt. She is still reeling from the way that he ended it 12 years ago. No matter who the story is about, Lani knows how to write them, to keep you coming back for more. I have followed her for some time now and will continue to do so, for as long as she writes. Her books are addicting and makes you fall back in love with reading. If you’re ever in a reading funk, pick up one of hers and you’ll be back on your game!

This is the fifth book in the Hail Raisers series. They are standalones, but you’ll want to read them all! Trust me!

This is a great second chance story. I absolutely love Reed and Krisney.

Their past isn’t great, even though their love was, and still is.

If you’ve read the other books, you know what happened to Reed’s sister Amy. Well, her rapist was Krisney’s brother.

The gyno appointments were great! Okay, I know that’s an odd thing to say, and so is this… the first one is HOT!

It’s been 12 years since they broke up.

Of course their road to be together isn’t easy because of the past. Plus when you add in a majorly crazy nurse and a pregnancy, things just get even more crazy.

I loved this book. I can’t wait for Dante’s book and Rafe’s book!

When Krisney and Reed meet again back in their hometown, after years spent apart because of a tragic event, the chemistry is explosive as it had always been. My heart broke for Krisney in the way which she dealt with what everyone else dished out. Can Reed and Krisney overcome all of the obstacles put in their path? No spoilers; this is an absolute must read, you will not be disappointed! I love all of these Hail bad-boys, and this author certainly gives her all into writing her stories. This is an emotional, heartbreaking, and powerful storyline, which had me hooked and captivated throughout. I cannot wait to read whatever Lani brings to us next, and I highly recommend her work for all readers. Brilliant series!

As for the story - both Reed and Krisney's behavior at times was just too childish for me, it felt like they were in their early 20's. I like the second chance theme, but for me, there was just too much going on. I think I might have enjoyed it more if I had read the previous books. I was however very intrigued by Reed's brother Dante - I really want to know what he's up to. I think NA fans would really enjoy this book.

The Hail You Say was a wonderful. There were moments I had to make myself put the thing down over the two days that I was reading it. One moment had me screaming at the book hoping that what I believed was going to happen didn't. Fortunately, I was absolutely 100% wrong. I found myself just as tortured as the characters were. Once again an amazing story from LLV. Reed and Krisney were head over heals in love with each other. They had grand plans of marriage and living happily ever after. Unfortunately life had other plans for them. Now here they are years later still picking up the pieces of their lives and hearts after a devastating act brought on by Krisney's brother.

Another fabulous story in the Hail Raisers series, these books just keep getting better!! Reed and Krisney after a torturous split 12 years previously are once again thrown together in the most unlikely of circumstances; and so ensues a wonderfully entertaining tale of push and pull while these two come to terms with their magnetic attraction to one another and the tragic family history that tore them apart years earlier!

I adore this entire series. This book is definitely my favorite thus far. Reed and Krisney have a major break up due to the actions of her brother. These two can’t seem to avoid each other no matter how hard they try. I love the banter between them and the love that seems to never die. This book is a must read. Excellent writing with a storyline that will leave you wanting so much more.

Another excellent book from this author. It had just the right amount of heartache and heartwarming moments. We get a very emotional second chance at love story. I just loved Reed and Krisney, they were made for each other. There was plenty of drama and angst that keeps you on your toes throughout the whole book. I can't wait for the next one.

A very emotional read as always! Vale is a wonderful author that writes such fun and interesting characters. I will say these were probably my least favorite characters, but they did hold a lot of interest with me in the drama and steam department!

Krisney and Reed fighting for their second chance was an amazing ride! Add in some flashbacks, some seriously hot sexy times, a few moments where your heart just breaks in two and are almost sobbing, this was just simply perfect! 5 stars all the way!

What a great story!  Reed and Krisney have loved each other forever and now it's time for Reed to convince her that they do belong together and he won't let her go again.  This was hearbreaking and emotional and just perfect!

Goodness!!! This book was emotional, intriguing and super sexy. We have heard from Reed and Krisney in the previous Hail books but never really knew the full story. All I knew was that everyone would say Krisney was Reed's. I felt so bad for Krisney, she didn't deserve to go through what she did but she just put up with it. I guess in her own way she felt she deserved it because of what her brother did and how her parents acted. She went on with her life with a broken heart but made something of herself. She holds on to that love for Reed and tolerates the way he treats her. She tries to move on but she just can not let him go. Little does she know that Reed still feels for her, although he is so confused by it. He wants to be near her but at the same time doesn't. Deep down they both know that they belong with each other, everyone else can see it, they can see it but their past haunts them both. Their past stories were heartbreaking. At times I wanted to shake Reed and tell him to get over himself. Lani Lynn Vale once again wrote a beautiful story about two people who love one another so fiercely they get a second chance to make it right.

The Hail family tragedy that began with Tobias's book continues to impact the family with this book.  Krisney and Reed were all that was good about young love, and neither could see that changing.  But it did.  Life tore them apart, but could not change how they felt about each other.

Krisney is such a strong character.  Her life was a living Hell, and then the only good part about it was snatched away from her.  This would have broken a lesser person, but not Krisney.  She finds a way to come out on top, despite everything that happens.  Then she is thrown a curve ball!

Reed is a very confusing man.  He tries to put everyone else's feelings ahead of his own.  He wants Krisney, even after all this time, but won't let himself have her.  His guilt won't let go of him.  This leads to back and forth, misunderstandings, and hurt feelings.

Krisney and Reed belong together.  There is no other way of putting it.  Right from the beginning, I was rooting for them.  Through out the chaos, the family drama, and the twists and turns, there was such a rightness to their relationship, I couldn't help but want them together.

This book has a hotness factor of 100!  As hot as a Lani Lynn Vale book is, I think this one is even hotter!  And there are lots of action, surprises and drama to keep you attached to you e reader until the last word is read.  I've enjoyed all of the Hail Raiser books, but Krisney and Reed bring out tears and laughs, and touched my heart like no other before.  As always, Lani Lynn Vale does not disappoint, and never fails to deliver a book that keeps you guessing, and keeps you reading!

The Hail You Say is yet another phenomenal addition to the Hail Raisers series. This one put me through the emotional wringer and I loved every second of it. I’ve been anxiously waiting for Reed and Krisney’s story for quite a while now and it was well worth the wait to finally get their full story. Heartbreaking at times, but still filled with her signature humor and swoon worthy romance, Lani Lynn Vale delivers a story of second chances and healing that you won’t be able to put down.

I fully admit to occasionally wanting to smack Reed upside the head, but in the most loving of ways because I really did adore the stubborn man. Even from just glimpses in other books you could tell Reed and Krisney never stopped loving each other but the tragedies that life threw at them always seemed to be in the way. More than once I was reaching for the tissues because of all the pain neither of them deserved. That said, I was also frequently cracking up at the things that were both thought and said. Only with a book written by Lani could I both cry and laugh in the span of a few pages.

The love between these two was so powerful I couldn’t help but fall in love with them. They deeply, purely loved each other so much that no time or distance faded it. It was beautiful to read. I can’t get enough of this series!

Another fantastic instalment on this series. I absolutely loved Reed and Kristney. The passion and emotions in this book were palpable. My heart truly hurt for all that this couple lost and I was so thankful for second chances.

With an engaging story line I simply couldn't read this book quick enough; there was everything you need in a good novel, angst, drama, love, family, and everything in between. The descriptive nature of this authors work made it feel as though I was living through the ups and downs with these characters. I cried for them and laughed with them, and I think I fell in love with all the Hails a little bit more.

The mystery around Dante and Rafe's dealings intensified and I can't wait for book 6...i think Dante may be my favourite Hail ?
