I wonderful book for toddlers. My son wasn't much into books but read this one repeatedly from 14 months, we actually wore out the board book version so got this one when he was two. I reads easily and the repetitive :where's the green sheep' catches and holds the attention of young toddlers, then the group picture becomes fascinating later on.

My grandchild loves, loves, loves this book. I got it from the library when she was 18 mos. old. She was so disappointed when I had to return it and she couldn't find it in her book stack. At age 2, she points to each page and has almost memorized the content of the whole thing. It always seems to be a thrill when she "finds" the green sheep sleeping at the end.

My two year old loves this book about "sheepees" and my almost five year old loves that he can read it to his brother. We all enjoy yelling, "But where is the green sheep?" Our only complaint is we wish there were more different colored sheep in the book like there are on the cover.

I was originally turned on to this book because The Children's Theatre in Minneapolis had a short play based on "Where is the Green Sheep?" It is a fabulous book -- very catchy phrasing and cute pictures. My daughter loves to "read" it now that she has it memorized.

I bought this book sight unseen based on the reviews I read and I am very happy with this purchase. I am always looking for good bilingual books for children, and this one is sure to become a favorite!

My daughter really enjoys this book in particular for me to read it to her, she asks for it by name. It has good action items like slide, up and down. I also really like the page near the end that shows many sheep doing different things. This allows me to extend the reading experience longer if my daughter is not quite ready to sleep.

My grandson loves this book ever since he was 1yr old. He would bring it to my daughter and myself to read so often that we could recite it without looking at the pages. He NEVER gets tired of it. Bought the green sheep stuffed animal as well.

This Australian classic was recommended to us by friends upon our arrival to Oz. My son was actually a bit old for it (5 1/2), but enjoyed it for a while nonetheless. We're glad to have been introduced to good, Aussie literature!

Hands down this is a fantastic book for kids! We bought it after seeing the adapted play that has now been made from the book and thrilled by 2 year old son. It is so awesome and I highly recommend it!
