The idea of agreeing to date your landlord after he just evicted you and your 3-year old son wasn't working for me. However being a long time fan of Rosalind's writing, I stuck it out. So glad I did!

Kevin and Chloe's courtship became a true page turner. As always Rosalind writes realistically about life and relationships with a touch of humor and steamy passion. A couple of instances touched so close to home, reminding me of my hubby's courtship of myself - minus the eviction notice.

I was hoping that Rosalind would write another book on the series of Escape to New Zealand and I was extremely happy when I was able to read "Just Say Yes" book number 10. This Rugby Romance book centers on Kevin and Chloe as the main characters but also includes the wonderful Zavy ( Chloe's son from a previous relationship). I love how Rosalind values family, love and self respect. I am definitely in love with all the series and I cannot believe how lucky I am that I found Rosalind's books.

Another amazing story by Ms. James. Just say Yes captures your heart with the fierce love and determination that Kevin and Chloe show throughout the book. I have LOVED every book in this series. Kevin and Chloe's story did not dissapoint it is truly beautiful, the fiercness, the tenderness, the suspense, it's all there. I recommend reading Just say Yes and all the books in the series. You will be richly rewarded with amazingly told stories. Ms. James is truly a fantastic writer and I am so looking forward to her next book release, read them ALL you won't be dissappinted.

This is reminiscent of the first three New Zealand books so it was a pleasure to read. I couldn't stop reading once I started so be prepared to settle in in if you start this. Kevin has been in the background of all these stories and I'm so happy he finally got his, and with a character we knew from before. Chloe was stubborn and I think held on to it a little longer than necessary. But overall it was a s sweet and spicy as ever and I'm glad for it.

I have read this series from the beginning, however books 8 & 9 lagged behind the others in my opinion. However, in Just Say Yes, Rosalind James got her mojo back. The story of Chloe, Zavy and Kevin grabbed me from the beginning and wouldn't let me go. I couldn't put it down, and finally fell asleep while reading, only to wake up and finish it. I am sorry it is over, and I can't wait to read book 11.

Loved the main characters in this story. And, of course, always love a trip back to En Zed.

What I did not like was the side characters. Her parents, his sister-in-law, even Josie. Talk about running roughshod over a person with little regard for their feelings.

The good far outweighed the bed. Recommend you give this one a go

As a secondary character appearing in nearly all of the previous Escape to New Zealand books, Kevin captured the hearts of readers. After a long wait, it was great to see him get his own story, and as is always the case with Rosalind James' writings, it was worth the wait!

Wonderful romantic story. Felt like I was there with all the detail and description of the scene, the dance, the rugby, the romance. I think it was the best in the series. I'll have to start from the beginning again to see.

Just one more amazing story by Rosalind James. I have loved and looked forward to each one. I keep thinking it will get old like so many other series do by book 10 but she has kept each one individual and worthy on its own that they will never get old. I look forward to more

Rosalind James Escape To New Zealand books are a great read. This is book number 10....I want to know when the next 20 books in that series are going to come out. I love all the books and would love to continue reading them.

Likable and real characters plus a beautiful locale equals a page-turning story--with a happily ever after ending, of course. This was only my second Rosalind James book and I was thrilled to see there are more of her stories to enjoy!

Enjoyed this book very much. It had just enough twists and turns to keep the story moving along and just enough steam to make it real without overdoing it. A very romantic book that is definitely worth reading.

I've enjoyed reading all Rosalind's books. The Escape to New Zealand series are all very interesting and draw you in, with the added benefit of beautiful scenery, local dialect and learning about Maori tribal customs.

Ms. James continues to write characters that have depth. This Escape to New Zealand series has a population of people I would expect to meet if I ever went to New Zealand. The stories provide such pleasant entertainment. Thank you for them, Rosalind!

Another winner in this terrific series. (*semi-spoilers ahead*) Great characters as well as moments that will make you want to cheer (Kevin stomping in the windshield of a jerk's fancy car) or cry (Chloe doing what's best for her three year old son even if it breaks her heart), plus some exciting rugby action on the side. The big cast of characters is hard to follow at times but the core of the story is a joy to read.

I have always avoided books with a lot of explicit sex. ... But this series always has such a redeeming story, such a great relationship story that the context of the sexual acts fit The extended families, the rich cultural NZ history, the contrast of the game of rugby, the mental and physical aspects with the tender off field values. The absolute sweetness of it all. I seldom am touched by fiction as deeply as each of these stories touched me-- everyone of them brought tears and a great desire to tell others about the gift this writer gives to us.

Just Say Yes is another amazing escape "to" New Zealand featuring a hero and heroine who are both New Zealanders-- so the escape is all the reader's, and it's a great one. Kevin is a rugby player for the Auckland Blues and the All Blacks, and Chloe is a ballerina turned ballet studio owner, as well as a single mom to adorable 3-year-old Zavy. Although Kevin and Chloe had met previously through mutual friends, they hadn't truly connected. They are thrown together because Kevin buys the house that includes Chloe's apartment, and he has to ask her to leave to make room for his family members. In spite of this difficult situation, they are drawn to one another and Kevin shows himself to be a true romantic as well as a fierce protector of his loved ones. The relationship between Kevin and Chloe is as well written as any of Rosalind James' couples, which is to say that the two of them have tremendous chemistry as well as a soul-deep connection. However, the true magic here happens with Zavy and Kevin's twin sisters, who also live with him. Zavy is a fully developed child character, unlike the plot moppets found in so many romance novels, and he has an important role to play in Kevin and Chloe's story. Kevin's sisters Noelle and Holly are first year college students who are also well fleshed out as characters and who also contribute a great deal to the book. Just Say Yes is a wonderful story and readers should, in fact, say yes to this book as quickly as they can!

I loved this beautiful story about Kevin and Chloe. It's my first read from this series. Yes, I started backwards, however, this story combined two things I loved together football and ballet. I love how Rosalind takes her time in order to tell a story that makes you see and feel her characters. She does the best job of character development so far, in my opinion.

I am a new convert to Rosalind's work. I stumbled into the "sinful" series and have been reading non-stop since then. All of my new kindle reads have been neglected in order to focus on her work. It's funny because I spent my summer looking for good literature. Now, I'm in heaven.

I could go on and on. New Zealand is at the top of my bucket list of places to go. I am overjoyed that I get a glimpse through her eyes. The vivid imagery is the gift that keeps on giving. I am setting up my next download right after I post this review. I am in love, again. Thank you, Rosalind James.

Another great book with one of our beloved Blues and All Black rugby players. This is the red-headed Irish member of the team(s), Kevin, and Chloe's story. Chloe was at one time a huge prima ballerina, who is now running her own ballet school.
Although I'm not familiar with ballet terms, with the exception of a pirouette, I loved the descriptions of Chloe's dancing and movement. Her grace and strength somehow matched Kevin's even though his sport is the completely the opposite.
Kevin is a great family man and is so good with Zavy, Chloe's young son. He rescues him more than once from Zavy's father, who appears to knows nothing about children. Yes, there is some drama as per Ms. James style. It is well written and an enjoyable read. Perhaps she could add a ballet glossary at the end, along with the Kiwi/Maori glossary.

I loved this book. Ms James has written many great books but this one is by far her best. I love the way she puts such emotions in her writing. You laugh, you cry, you get mad at some of the characters but she always gives you hope and a terrific story. I can't say enough praise about her writing
Chloe is a ballet dancer who's retired and now has a teaching school. She is a single mom to Zavy her 3 yr old son. Kevin is an All Black rugby player who purchases the house Chloe lives in. He needs Chloe's apartment for his family because his family always needs him, so what's s Kiwi to do.
Kevin doesn't want Chloe to move and so begins this wonderful story. As in all her books, Ms James brings in many other characters from previous stories which is just a bonus. I am sure I'll be reading it again. Kudos to this author for all of her great stories

This was the unicorn of romance books, in my opinion - there's not one thing wrong with it!! I loved it all - Kevin, the perfectly imperfect H; Chloe, the perfectly uptight h; the side characters including the twins Holly and Noelle; the want-to-punch-him-in-the-throat ex (and for a while, the too-rigid mom); all the appearances from characters in previous books - all of it, from start to finish, was perfect. A little angst, a little frustration, a lot of swooning, a lot of steamy moments, yep - it's all here. I soooo want to go to NZ and meet these people!!!

I simply love reading about New Zealand. Once I started the series I couldn't wait to go to the next book. I love love love this new escape. With each book I become more enamoured. This is great reading. Rosalind lights my fire with each book. I love how she ties the books together. She really surprised me with the female lead being a ballet dancer. At first I wasn't that happy with her occupation but the life lesson of this story made it all worthwhile. Can't wait for the next one. This story was an easy read but like all her New Zealand books this one was hard to put down. Each new book is like a vacation to the country itself. Wherever I need an escape I reread the earlier books.

Rosalind James has done it again. This book is every bit as good as the 9 books, in this series, that has come before this one. The characters are likeable and the plot is good and the author gives you a fantastic read that you don't want to put down. I love Kevin & Chloe's story of doing what you love because it fills a part of your soul. They understood each other because of their own dedication. It took them a while but Chloe eventually let Kevin love her and Zavy like they deserved, because he had a big enough heart for both of them. I highly recommend reading this book and telling all your fellow reading friends to read it as well. You won't be disappointed.

This is another winning storyline from this very talented author. I have enjoyed every story from this series and I think this book was absolutely amazing. The romance between the two main characters sizzles off the pages and the secondary characters added so much to this story. Exceptional is the only word I can think of to relay how much I enjoyed this story.
I hope there is more to come from this author with this series as I am not ready to say goodbye to these characters.
Definitely a five-star rating for this book.

This is Rosalind's best book yet...of any series. Great characters. Great plot. Great sex. Kevin and Chloe seem to have it all. He has fame, fortune, a great body, and a fabulous career. Chloe has fame, beauty, a successful business. But in some ways they have too much, at least too much for the average partner to put up with. He has siblings EVERYWHERE, while she is a single mum. Fate forces its hand, and Kevin has to prove to Chloe that he really is the right guy for her. He KNOWS she is the right girl for him. Wonderful story!

Wow... 10 books in and still so fabulously written. I loved Zavy especially! Chloe was prickly but it's to be expected with an ex like Rich. And Kevin was just so perfect. I hate it when awesome books end. But I suppose all good things must end =[

I can't imagine what's next because this series is absolutely awesome! <3

Love this series and loved this book. Well written, not all about the sex, more about the relationship with family and each other but there was plenty of chemistry. Loved pulling in some of the previous characters but this is a standalone book. Great addition to a wonderful series. I always feel transformed into New Zealand. I hope she keep writing this series. Absolutely one of my favorite series ever and I have read over 3,000 books.
