I received this book for an honest review. This was a wonderful story. Mitchell and Dawn were potential mates who fought it every step of the way. Dawn was a Central Wolf who had been in hiding when the Centrals were taken over by demons. Mitchell had had a mate who died and blamed him for her death. As she does quite a bit, Carrie weaves in other characters that we dearly love. She also brings new characters that we might have had a peak at, but makes them more prominent. They may have more of a story later. Dawn's brother comes to mind. (That might be a whole new series)
Carrie has outdone herself again. Another winner

Couldn't put it down. Mitchell and Dawn have interesting inner dialog. When they decide to open up to each other, things get interesting. Add in so many changes with the packs and there is never a dull moment.

Hot sexy shifters with lots of action? Sign me up! I loved Destiny Disgraced. This story has a lot of action and a bit of romance to keep all readers happy. This book can be read by itself, but it is obvious that there has been stories before this. I do not feel I missed out by not reading those other stories, but know that they discuss events from those other stories.

It is always refreshing to get a new and unique take on shifter novels. I liked that this author took what we know about shifters and put her own twist on it. This was an interesting story. The plot was not what I expected. I like how while there was a lot in this story about the romance between the two characters, there was also a major storyline going on. I like when books have substance, and this story has plenty of it.

Mitchell is such an interesting character. He has this dark and broody attitude that is honestly such a draw for women. We like to think we can make him less broody. He has a lot of emotional baggage though. He has stuff he needs to work through in order to become who he needs to be. Dawn has her own past to overcome, but it is not really her personal baggage. She has a stigma to overcome. I can say that I think that we get all caught up in stigma and I like how she related this in her book to the shifters.

Attraction is at its finest in this book. These two shifters can’t help their attraction to each other. There is plenty of heat in this book. The author did an amazing job of making each scene feel organic to the story and characters. I especially love the beginning scenes between these two. Fighting attraction is not an easy thing to convey properly into words, but this author did an amazing job.

I love the authors writing style. I feel this author is unique in the fact that the story is mostly told from dual points of views, but she also tells the story from a couple other characters as well throughout the story. I also love that these breaks are clearly labeled and it is obvious that you are reading from another characters point of view. I also felt the book was properly paced with a nice and steady pace. I can see this series continuing on.

Overall, I loved this book. Shifter books always entertain me, but this one was unique from all the rest. I liked how the author took a common plot and made it her own. I sometimes feel I read a story and it is so similar to others I have read that I cannot separate them. This is not the case with this book. I would recommend this to others.

Destiny disgraced by Carrie Ann Ryan is the sixth book in the talon pack series. These can be read as standalone stories although I highly recommend reading the books in order, just so it doesn’t get confusing for you. Having said that the writing is so good that you don’t need to start from the beginning if you don’t want to. Mitchell and dawn are an amazing pair, neither of them truly wants to be in a relationship, but they also can’t resist the intense attraction between them. Dawn is from the disgraced former pack the centrals, and Mitchell is one of the Wolves who helped bring them down, but with a huge secret of his own. Will they be able to move on from the past?
This is another great book from Carrie Ann Ryan, I can’t wait until the next book!

Destiny Disgraced by Carrie Ann Ryan is the sixth installment in the Talon Pack Series.
Destiny Disgraced can be read as astand-alone, but I recommend to read the books in order.
This is Michell and Dawn's story.
Mitchell Brentwood is the Beta of the Talon Pack, a pack of wolf shifters.
Dawn Levin is from a rival clan and has to pay for the sins of her people. Both meet and have these crazy insta- chemistry. But Mitchell refuses to believe there may be a mate for him.
Both struggle with their feelings. And the pack politics are no help either.
Destiny Disgraced is a PNR world full of magic, enemies, threats, danger and much much more.

I really just adore the way Carrie Ann writes her stories. She pulls in so much emotion and makes her characters so real and human. This is the story of Mitchell the Talon Beta and Dawn the sister of soon to be Alpha of the Central Pack. Mitchell is beautifully damaged and a real jerk but only because of his past. Dawn is a young wolf just waiting for her pack to become official so she can take her proper place in the world. This is just a wonderful read. I didn't give 5 stars though because for me, it felt a little repetitive on key points of the series and slow in a couple sections. But neither are reasons to not jump into this book.

This is not my normal genre that I normally read. With that said the story took Mitchell and Dawn thru a time where things were changing and the humans and wolves combine, They both had to get past things that happened in their pasts they were still effecting each of them. Even though it is not my normal genre, I can say that if paranormal is your normal genre - I think you will really enjoy this story line. Definitely READ! I received an ARC copy of this book in exchange for an honest review.

Just when they think things are finally settling down and coming together.. one of their own shows they're not on board with harmony. But in the mist of this it forces the meaning of true bonds can't be denied even by two stubborn wolves thinking they can control fate. I love reading it all unfold and show the growth of what once was thought to be broken mend.
