Listen folks! This is the best flickin vegan book period, I opted the Kindle version couldn’t even wait for the awesome 2 day shipping lol. If you do not have this book, then it should be on your wish list, chrismas list, birthday list or shopping list! Gaz is totally and completely infectious, genuine, easy on the eye and full of character. Look him up on YouTube yes!!! My first of his recipes to make was the vegan f’kin bacon guys this recipe alone is worth the cost of the entire book yes, see my photos of the process, the second were the falafels which are divine! Gonna have one when I finish writing this review. Watch out other vegan YouTubers...he is young, has an excellent personality, understands food & its chemistry, a camera crew to PAY for, banging background music, handsome and has a DIE HARD FAN BASE THATS LOYAL! Tks Gaz?

Perfect way to learn how to eat healthy with delicious flavor. Gaz has a way with cooking and his appeal to his audience. I love the book so much that I am buying it for a few friends to share the love !

GAZ, the only drawback is such small font. Looks like an 8 font? Some of the pages have enough room for 12 font but the recipes are in 8 font. need a magnifying glass and bright light to see. But, the content is good. The book smells good like fruit, its the ink. its a beautiful book.

Love the book.. The recipes are great, the pics are fantastic. However, the smell coming from this book (not sure if it's glue or what) is really bad. I can't even fan through the book. It's awful. I've aired it out for two days, and it's still very strong. Not sure how to deal with this.

Astoundingly delicious and easy recipes from a lovely, talented and genuine young man. Flavorful, wholesome meals worthy of the best vegan restaurants -- the kind of haute cuisine vegan restaurants that don't exist where I live. It's unbelievable to me that I can now create this amazing vegan gourmet food at home. I follow Gaz on You Tube too. His You Tube content looks to me like a professional chef's TV show. One thing I would change is that not all the recipes in the book have accompanying photos. But still ample 5 stars for this gorgeous vegan book!

The only reason I gave this book 4 stars instead of 5 is because the US copy wasn't localized. There are a few instances where the terms used for foods in the UK don't match up with expectations in the US. For example, the ketchup recipe calls for tomato puree, but what they call tomato puree in the UK is known as tomato paste in the US. Just be careful to do a quick google search to investigate any suspicious ingredients!
