Good start to the book. Cover is adorable so that was fun looking at every time I opened the book on my kindle. Hey whatever works right. The story was familiar but the author's writing held you in. I would recommend it.

Vi's books consistently deliver! I have never been disappointed in her writing. Plot and characters are always developed and weave an amazing plot. I would highly recommend any of her books to someone browsing for a great read. There are a few authors that I track and wait on the edge of my seat for a new book and Vi is on that list!!!!

I really enjoyed Lucky's character. Being torn between what you want and what is right is never easy. Keel and made me feel like I was part of the romance brewing between Flynn and Lucky from their first meeting at the bar. I even enjoyed parts of Dylan's attempt to keep Lucky. The writing was fabulous, easy to follow and well developed. Great book.

I really loved Throb and was very excited for Flynn's story. I absolutely loved Flynn!!! Hot sexy rock star with a good heart who had no problem relentlessly pursuing Lucky. Lucky, unfortunately already has a boyfriend...veteran rocker Dylan. I really liked Lucky. I loved her and Flynn's connection and their mutual passion of music which really cements their relationship.
What I didn't like is all the cheating. She cheats on her boyfriend Dylan through the majority of the book and even though her inner dialogue tells us her feelings of guilt it's not enough for her to end the relationship. She just continues to do it. That should tell you the relationship you are in is not as strong as you thought. And even though I loved both Flynn and Lucky and wanted them to get a HEA I didn't hate Dylan enough to justify the constant cheating. Especially since when we first meet Flynn in Throb he's hung up on a girl in another relationship so I felt this time he shouldn't have had to compete with another guy. Dylan did do some crappy things but I also sympathized with him. He seemed to really love Lucky and tried to make her happy so I hated that she waited so long to confess her feelings for Flynn.
I really love this author and although this wasn't my favorite I can't wait for more from her.

I absolutely love this book, I have lost good sleep because of it too. I just couldn't put it down. Love the writing style....so direct. And I am in love with the characters....especially Flynn, of course. Gonna make sure all my friends read this one.
