Another beautiful story by Sheila Roberts.

Poor Meredith is left to pick up the pieces of her broken life after the death of her husband. His death leaves her a single parent to her young son and his enormous gambling debts leave her without a penny to her name and no choice but to move into their vacation cabin, the only property she has left to call home. Or so she thought. When Jed Banks shows up at her front door one night to find out what she's doing in HIS cabin her life takes another nosedive.

Good Neighbors has a wonderful storyline and great characters. It was heartwarming to read along as Meredith put the pieces of her life back together and learned how to trust again. There isn't a villain to be found anywhere in this story and sometimes that's exactly what you need in a book! Icicle Falls strikes again. How could things ever go badly there?

If you've never read a Sheila Roberts book, Good Neighbors is a great place to get acquainted. It's short and sweet. I read it in one sitting and enjoyed every page.

Such a good book. I sincerely hate having to write 20 words about a book though. It is either good or not good (in my opinion) and as far as books being reviewed, well you can't really trust the reviewer unless you know them personally, can you? You may think a book is awful and I may think it is wonderful. It all depends.
