Brief but concise guide to weight loss, informative, myth shattering but strangely enticing in his 'tough-love' approach to the sobering reality of the misleading media's impact on society and her shape. Bravo Matthew, you have me cured!

I really enjoyed this book from Michael Matthews. I found especially interesting the 5 biggest fat loss myths and mistakes. Also, I found most educative the author's simply advice on how to actually lose fat. Great advice! Highly recommended!

I couldn't finish this book. Author seems a little cocky. "His way" is the answer (according to him) and he bashes all other fitness remedies. Several times he discusses a topic and says "more about that later." You're expecting to hear more in THIS book about the topic but you don't. This book is just an advertisement to get you to buy another book.

There's no new information in this long advertisement of his real book that he is selling for money. Advice: If you want to get your other books read then write a great first book and release it for free or for a minimal amount and gain followers. There's just too many people who are doing just that to have people go through the trouble to download your book and read it only to discover it's just a long sales pitch. Now I'm just too annoyed to even think about buying your other book even if it had world-class information.

more information is always good. Didn't like his writing style, what he was "selling", and disagreed with some of what he said. Totally agree that FIT trumps THIN, but deleted from my kindle before I was 1/2 way through.

This mini version e-book is really an advertisement that encourages you to buy the entire book to get the whole story. It's okay. But it is more of a promotional tool that directs you to buy the whole book.

Not detailed enough. Pushed his supplements throughout the book. Fairly accurate information, but not enough testimonials or process/progress reporting. The workouts could have been formatted better too.

The amount of information that you have at your fingertips for free is pretty awesome! I was really impressed! I feel like after reading this I have a solid foundation to make some lifestyle changes. It basically is a breakdown of everything you need to know in regards to your eating habits, exercise habits, etc. Also, it quickly debunks a lot of foolishness in the fitness world. I highly recommend this and Mike's website!

The information in the book shares keys to being thin and strong- eating a clean diet and exercise. And, yes, most Americans need to hear that diet is 80%. That is where I see people fail. However, he talks about balencing carbs, proteins, and fats. This is more than 99.9% of people can do. A small sample menu is dismal and will turn most people off. I think there are better diet advice up there, but the tone of the importance of this is there. I found this book motivating, but lacking the science I prefer.

Honestly, this book is so complicated. What is with all the talking and advertising yourself? Get to the point and help me lose weight! I dont want to rad through gobs of useless information!

If anyone is serious about weight loss don't waste your time on this book! There are plenty of other great books! this one however totally missed the mark for me!

I must begin by saying, as a newly qualified Personal Trainer its so refreshing to read a book that says it how it is, no fancy words and confusing equations just simple accurate advice that if followed WILL produce results.

I personally have followed these principles for 2 years and have seen an amazing transformation in my body, so much so i'll be competing in my first bikini category with an amateur bodybuilding federation.

Girls the secret is to eat clean and train dirty :-))
