An inspirational read about how you can lose more weight from less work. Sounds very promising, the author stated his case well and backed everything up with academic studies. There are plenty of exercises included, something for everybody so there's no excuse for not trying and seeing how you find it.

Bottom line is this reads like a home-grown pamphlet (it's not really a book, it's very, very short) that the author wrote on the kitchen table. The first half refers to a handful of studies on the value of HIIT. The second half focuses on how to incorporate HIIT using primarily running. the author discounts using a stationary bike, rowing machine, or elliptical.

A very good and detailed explanation of what HIIT is! Gives you great information about how to implement HIIT into your workout routine as well as a list of exercises and activities that you implement with HIIT. It also has everything related to HIIT that you would need to know and understand to get the most out of HIIT! Fun and very insightful! HIIT will get you fit and in shape fast! A must buy!

After reading this book I have a lot better understanding of the importance of exercising the correct way. The author explains the whole procedure in such a clear way that it motivates you to exercise and it doesn't feel like a chore. I live in a place where I have lots of stairs to climb down to get to the beach which takes my breath away but after learning the tips in this book I will be able to handle those stairs much easier. It also made me realize that I could use HIIT on my bicycle. It has some good guidelines and is a book I would like to recommend to others.
