Review:Kinda incomplete, as at the end of book there are recipes and daily menu plans, but the things on the menu plan include items without recipes...so guess you gotta make those things up or find recipe yourself...which defeats the point of the book, in my opinion. Would not have bought this if knew that detail. Read more
Review:This book really helped me to understand how my body works and how I can get healthy to lose weight (not lose weight to get healthy, as Dr. Berg likes to say!). Dr. Berg has a really knack for clearly and simply explaining the science behind fat burning and how hormones affect the overall function of your body. The book is easy to use and understand, and the principles aren't hard to follow. I really recommend it for anyone who is looking to feel better and get their body working efficiently. Read more
Review:An inspirational read about how you can lose more weight from less work. Sounds very promising, the author stated his case well and backed everything up with academic studies. There are plenty of exercises included, something for everybody so there's no excuse for not trying and seeing how you find it. Read more

Review:I was a little disappointed in the cook book. Totally agree with the healthy food concept, but that can be expensive. There weren't as many main course recipes as I would have liked. If you like fish there are plenty of those recipes unfortunately I do not. Read more

Review:I ordered the kindle version— silly me. I was hoping to look through the pictures for inspiration... the kindle version had a table of contents and I had to click on every possibility to see a photo before deciding. Time consuming and Tiring! I ended up getting recipes from elsewhere. Disappointing experience with this book (kindle)— don’t recommend. Read more
