Have always been a fan of a continuing series story line and Spinward Fringe has def kept my attention! Each book has improved on the last. Note to your editor: there are more than a few typos in your copy. Minor stuff, but just a heads up.

I really enjoyed this book. I liked the series from the begining and saw that there was many places the story line could go. The author is ensuring that we stay unbalance because he is constantly changing the characters and what is happening to them. I think the new readers to the series will enjoy it.

THIS SERIES IS PRETTY GOOD, BUT EVERYBODY KEEPS REAPPEARING IN A NEW BODY WITH MOST OF THEIR MEMORIES (MORE OR LESS).....IT IS STARTING TO BECOME S BIT TOO MUCH. THE REAPPEARANCE CONTINUES THRU THE WHOLE SERIES.....

Remarkable characters, plot twist after toast, feel good spaces and lots of solid action and suspense. I feel like I'm in space, it has good scientific founding. I'm going to read every one of these, they are so much fun. Should be a movie series.

the whole spinward fringe series is amazing! I red the whole serie before, but after finishing the first time and forgetting about it I found out the author wrote two more in the serie :) now I just started over to enjoy a second time.

I am really enjoying this series, so much that the lack of good editing is only a minor distraction. The big plot twist in this book (no spoilers here!) was mind-blowing.
Mr Lalonde can spin a fantastic story despite his imperfect grasp of certain basic writing skills. Although I am particular about the mechanics of good writing, I will gladly admit that the story is more important!
I love your books, Mr L. Please keep writing them! They ought to be runaway best sellers! I should think stories this good would attract a qualified editor!

This is a continuation of the previous Spinward Fringe series. If you liked those, you will like this. space adventures with unlimited materializers! The different ships and the different factions looking for the main characters makes it exciting. This ship is huge! Looking forward to the nesxt episode.

I really enjoyed this story. Although it seems like it might have been a transition from the action of the first books to, hopefully, more action in upcoming stories, it was done quite well. Quite a few surprises and re-apperiances I did not see comming but well done. I enjoyed it very much. Can't wait to start the next book.

Yes, I've read this along with the previous books in the series, and it does not deceive at all.
The usual mix of great characters, great storytelling and new technology make it again a must read in the series

The series is a very good, episodic read. The characters are interesting, none of it is too difficult to understand, and although I keep thinking I should close the book and read something else, I find myself going back to it. I'm really enjoying it, and have recommended it to friends who are also hooked.

I recommend reading these in order. Some really don't "finish" and you need to go on to find out what happens. The first set of 3 could be read and not move on, but I wouldn't stop at 2! The naming changed by this book, so the first 2 books in the series seem to be sold under two names (don't buy them twice). There is a website about Spinward Fringe, with more info on this. In some cases the books were a bit too fantastical, but sometimes that's part of a good sci-fi! I love book series in general and this one was a good, easy read and lead me to look for the next in the series (how many in the series? Well I've read 6 and I'm expecting there is a 7 out there or coming - I'll be looking for that next).

Ever since i downloaded the "origin" book for free on my kindle a month ago, i've been hooked. This latest one i've read, "Triton", has kept that addiction alive. If you are into Star Trek or sci-fi of that nature then you would probably enjoy this book. But i would first highly recommend reading the first three books before hand. The book does not do a good job at all of catching you up on what was in the previous novels. Still, if you start from the beginning you will definantly enjoy.

Very enjoyable Sci-Fi Series. Finished Triton a bit ago and am now reading the next in the series.
Randolph Lalonde has created a very interesting universe here and I agree with others that this could make a great TV series.

Triton was another good book in the Spinward Fringe series however I found some issues with it. The grammar and spelling as other people have noted is an issue but doesn't take away from the read and should be fixed at some point. My main issue with this installment is the continual "death" and "rebirth" of every character. It seems like the author refuses to let go of any character so even though he "kills" them off, they always end up coming back in the same form or another. Besides this semi-irritating decision it is another good book in the series and I would recommend it especially if you're a fan of the first 3 installments.
