You will be introduced/reintroduced to a couple found in Bound to Submit. If you haven’t had a chance to read it, please check it out. You will find out that you don’t need to have read Kenna and Griffin’s story in order to enjoy this one.

Our author knows how to grab her reader’s attention. You can almost picture the scenes between Quinton and Cassia as they play out. A lot of scenes are totally hot. Brings new meaning to the word voyeur. Which begs the question, “Have you come just by words alone?” It’s not a book about pain but about mutual pleasure. Things may get pushed to the extreme but no danger is involved.

There’s a scene where Cassia has built up a lot of tension. And the way the author has it written you can almost feel that tension coming off the page. This book shows that with some patience and understanding we can overcome our fears. Having someone to help with that is a plus. We have happiness and love from beginning to end - nothing here to bring you down. Expect to block out a couple of hours because once you start, you won’t like anything disturbing your Blasphemy experience.

It's not the first book i read from Laura Kaye, but it sure is the first of The Blasphemy series that i pick up and holey moley is my heart still racing after that one. To watch Quinton search for the perfect partner who is willing and able to push their limits while trusting the Dom to know when to stop had me curious to find out just who could possibly be able to fit the profile. The last thing i ever expected was to find was Cassia, a sub who has a fear of the dark after an accident and has a history with the Dom that hadn't ended quite so well - and yet, he's the only one that she trusts enough to help her get through her fears and hopefully conquer them.

Every emotions, physical response and self doubt - i felt them. Laura Kaye writes such vivid scenes that you can't help but experience them right along with the characters, your breath catching in your throat as you expect the worst but still so very much hoping for the best. I loved this book and one thing is absolutely certain - i'll be following the series alongside all 12 masters from now on.

I love the feels I get from the Blasphemy Series. Laura has a wonderful way of making her characters seem real. You feel their wants and desire as well as their pain and suffering. The Masters have just the right amount of strength to push you from your comfort zone with more than enough caring to make you melt on the spot.

We have been getting to know Quinton a little as we have seen him behind the bar and helping around the club. It was clear that as much as loved being a part of everything Blasphemy he was missing something or should I say someone. I little envy for his friends who have found their one and began to move forward in the next stages of life. Can he find his one.

Cassie is scared, more scared than she has ever been in her life but that happens after a life changing accident like she incurred. Still all these years later and she is still struggling. Enough is enough it is time to start living her life. Maybe just maybe she can find her way back by pushing the envelope a little at Blasphemy. What she didn't expect to find there was Quinton.

Can Quinton help her find her way back to the dark? Back to living a life she deserves? Could this be the beginning of something soo much more for both of them?

Ready for yet another fast-paced, ridiculously smoldering hot BDSM romance by one amazing author – Laura Kaye? Great! I assure you, you won’t be disappointed with this one. Personally, I can not wait to read more!

Mastering Her Senses focuses on Cassia Locke who is attempting to get over a traumatic event all on her own. I admired her for independence but I adored her more when she didn’t deny that she needed some getting where she was before the accident. Enter …..Quinton Ross.

I couldn’t ask for a better Master for Cassia. Given her situation, she needed someone patient and kind, someone, that she knew and trust and Quinton was sharp enough to use their history to his advantage.

What I love about these books besides the duh… HEAT – is the story’s depth. The characters are never painted as perfect. Which is so many ways make them so much more relatable. They have diverse issues that vary in severity and it is the “lifestyle” – particularly the Blasphemy Masters that get them through it.

My only gripe is that I wish the books were a few chapters longer. The characters are impressive enough that I want so much more! Hopefully, as the series progresses, so would the length of the each and every story. So far, I love it. Keep them coming, Laura Kaye!

The Blasphemy series is the only thing I’ve read from author Laura Kaye, but I’m happy to say that I’ve found a new author to add to my faves. Mastering Her Senses is book 2 in the series, and it’s Master Quinton’s story. He’s one of 12 masters running the exclusive BDSM club, Blasphemy.

Master Quinton and the submissive, Cassia, had made plans to meet for a scene, but Cassia never showed. Now, two years later, she appears back at Blasphemy looking to return to the lifestyle. Quinton is intrigued, not just because he wants to know why she stood him up, but because his interest in sensory deprivation seems to be just what Cassia needs.

Most Doms in BDSM stories are intense and intimidating, both in a scene and out. There’s something different about Master Quinton, though. While there’s no question he’s serious about the lifestyle, he also has a soft side that absolutely won me over. It was easy to tell from the beginning that it wouldn’t be long before Quinton and Cassia’s no-strings-attached arrangement would be short lived. Strings seem to have a mind of their own, as they both began to realize.

Mastering Her Senses has all the stuff I look for in an erotic romance, but with a tender angle that I absolutely adored.

Four-and-a-half stars.

Once again, Ms. Kaye has delivered a steamy romance full of depth and heart.

Quinton is hot. Like…Whew! I-need-to-fan-myself hot! Sexy, inventive, protective, and looking for Miss Right. Cassia’s a hot mess, but an admirable hot mess. She has a reason for being skittish and out of her element because of the accident she was in. Quinton doesn’t think Cassia is ‘The One’ he’s looking for because of her phobia. Yeah…see how that goes.

I can’t get enough of this series. Really, truly.

Besides being all sorts of hot, Ms. Kaye takes the time to delve deep into the BDSM lifestyle. She goes beyond the sex to the psychology and emotion behind the desire to be dominant or submissive, giving us normal folks a titillating glimpse of the lifestyle. I don’t how much is based on ‘fact’ and how much is the superb imagination of the author, but she writes at a level that appeals to me as a reader without it feeling cheesy or over the top.

I also loved how she tied in this series to her Rough Rider series. That was an awesome surprise and gives me hope for the next book in that series!

WHOA! Holy Hotness!!! This was one hot tamale, sexy read. Mastering Her Senses is part of a Blasphemy series. Quinton is a master Dom at the Blasphemy club. Cassia was supposed to meet with Quinton at the club but she never showed up. A couple of years later, Cassia revisited the club hoping to reunite with Quinton. Cassia is having difficulty this time around with some of the scenes because of an accident she suffered a couple years prior. Master Quinton is determined to help Cassia overcome her fears … little does he know that he will fall in love with Cassia in the process. I love these characters. Quinton is all alpha, dominant, sexy. Cassia is a sweet, slightly broken submissive but no worries there … Quinton was by her side every step of the way... wink wink… The author did an awesome job with the chemistry and attraction between the characters and the sex scenes – sensual, erotic – BDSM at its finest for sure. If you are looking for something short and sweet, low drama, sexy, sensual - I recommend this one.

When Quinton rescues a sub in distress, he's surprised to find she's the woman who stood him up years ago. He's immediately intrigued with her and is shocked to discover why he hasn't seen her in the club since.

Cassie has some serious issues she is working through and she's hoping that she can overcome her phobia for the dark at the club. Her attempt to shut out her fear fails and puts Quinton into the position to offer her his expertise as a master, and he doesn't do anything halfway. Even though they agree there are "no strings attached" because they both feel they aren't looking for a relationship, their spark together just can't be denied.

Mastering Her Senses is hot hot hot. Quinton is a master at a lot of things, especially knowing just what delicious words to say to get Cassie right where he wants her. There's a perfect mix of D/s scenes, along with a very tender and sweet romance. I love a guy who falls hard and Quinton is all about that.

Fun, steamy and sweet = 5 stars

Holy smokes. That was HOT. There are some books that I think, that was hot, and there are others that I think I need to go find my husband after reading cause it was HOT. This was the second one for me ;) It pushed all the right buttons.

And the one doing all those button pushing? That honor goes to Master Quinton. He was just Dominant enough, while keeping his teasing, easy-going personality. I loved it! The way he cared for Cassia was swoon-worthy. And his caring went far beyond just the playroom.

I adored the fact that Laura Kaye tied in her Raven Riders series to this series! I love when authors do that! It just makes me love all the characters so much more knowing they all have ties to one another - even if that is only in my head and the head of the author LOL

As always, I will be looking forward to the next book in this series when I get to meet another Master more in depth.

This one seems to be getting mixed reviews, but I liked it quite a bit. Cassia had some fairly heavy duty phobias that had pretty much caused her to put her life on hold for two years, and watching Quinton throw himself into figuring out how to help her overcome them (in an erotic/D/s kind of way) was sweet. And...not sweet at the same time ;)

It did feel a bit rushed at times--Cass and Quinton did have a history, but we didn't really get to see it, and they moved a bit quickly to declarations at the end (though the intensity of their...ahem, other scenes might contribute to that somewhat)--but it wasn't outside the realm of believability. And whoa, was Quinton ever creative... :D

Though several of Blasphemy's other owners made appearances (along with a few characters from other series), this one worked just fine as a standalone. Ten more Doms to go!

This book is based around Master Quinton, renown for his scenes involving sense-deprivation, and Cassia, who used to play at Blasphemy as a sub but hasn't since her caving accident left her with a paralyzing fear of the dark.

I loved this couple, although Quinton didn't really come across as too much of a Master, he seemed to relaxed and nice for this - but I did thoroughly enjoy the story as Cassia tries to overcome her fears of the dark with Quinton's help. Again there are some really hot sexy scenes in here. I'm really liking these stories by Laura, and can't wait to read some more.

Well, I must say that Laura Kaye have me speechless again. I am really enjoying her naughty side a lot, it is so damn freeing. When I was first introduced to this series I knew from the get go that Mater Quinton book is one that was going to anticipate reading and of course I got just what I wanted and more.

Cassia was the perfect heroine for Quinton, they were what they both needed in their lives in order to feel complete. The way how Laura told their story will leave you breathless and feeling flushed at the same time. It was one hot and sexy read and I cannot wait for more from this series.

I love Blasphemy! The variety of people you come across constantly open your eyes. Everyone has a story. Quinton and Cassia were no different. Quinton is strong, caring and HOT. I couldn't go any further without mentioning that lol. Cassia stole my heart. I felt so sad for her and her struggle to reclaim her life. I didn't need to feel sad for her because she was a very strong and brave woman wanting to overcome her fears. I admired her determination and strength.

Quinton and Cassia complimented each other and fit each other perfectly. The sex scenes were hot and their chemistry was crazy hot.

Once again, Laura Kaye has proven that she can write erotic romance just as well as her romantic suspense series. Mastering Her Senses follows Quinton and Cassie as they navigate turning a casual BDSM relationship into something more. I especially liked the crossover with her Raven Riders series. The focus of the novel is Cassie overcoming her trauma from a cave-in during her job. With Quinton’s help and some extremely erotic scenes, she begins to overcome her fear of the dark. Overall, I really enjoyed this story and my only complaint is I wish it was longer!

Mastering Her Senses is a great addition to the Blasphemy series! One of the things I liked most about this story was that the characters were honest with each other and told their truths. I love the possessiveness shown by both characters. Sexy times were HOT!

Cassia Locke and Quinton Ross set my kindle on fire. Very sexy, developed characters, steamy sex scenes. I was captivated from the first page and could not put it down. This book will cause you to need a cold shower once your done reading. I fell in love with the characters instantly and loved the chemistry and emotion between them. I wish I had me a Quinn of my own. This is a definite must read that you don't want to miss out on. You can never go wrong with anything written by Laura Kaye.

Quinton, Oh, Quinton!!

Anybody who has a phobia of something, could feel Cassia's fear and panic written into this story. I loved how Laura captured those feelings and made you feel what Cassia was going through. But most of all, I loved how Quinton wanted to help her through everything and helped her face her fears head on. Most of all, I loved how Quinton fell for her and how he loved her in the end. Definitely my favorite of the Blasphemy series so far.

Great story about a woman, Cassia trying to overcome her fears and trusting Quinton to help her past them. What started out as help has sparks flying between these two!
Loved this story, I have to go back and read the 1st book in this series and I look forward to reading more! 5+ stars for the author getting the message across helping learn to face your fears and conquer them! Grab this book asap!

Laura Kaye knows how to write an awesome book. Quinton and Cassia were a couple that you rooted for and wanted to find their happy ever after. The Blasphemy series is scorching hot and continues to amaze me with each and every book. Spoiler Alert: I loved the mini crossover with the ravens motorcycle club. I would love to see more crossovers in future books. I look forward to the next book in the series.

Mastering her Senses by Laura Kaye is a Captivating, Brilliant and Page Turning Read. I Really Enjoyed reading this addictive and very interesting story in the series

Every Reader must read this amazingly written book which would captivates you from beginning till the End. A MUST READ FOR ALL THE READERS.

The second book is Laura Kaye's Blasphemy series is just as off the charts hot as the first. If you do not like a lot of sex in your books then this is not for you. But this book is not just all sex, it will leave you emotional and wanting more by the end. It kept my interest the whole time while I was reading.

Whoa! This series just gets better and better! I'm not a regular erotic/BDSM reader but Laura Kaye is so talented that those the elements become secondary to the love story. Can't wait for the next one!

I find writing reviews an extreme challenge and avoid them if at all possible. Every now and then a book comes along that I want everyone to know about and read. Mastering Her Senses is one of those books. If I had an abundance of money I would give the book to anyone that asked. Instead, I have to say, "You really need to read Mastering Her Senses." I realize this is considered an erotic romance, but there is so much more.

I am not saying to read it just for the sex. Although the sex gets steamy hot. My mind exploded with visions of things I have never experienced or had knowledge existed. The author wrote it in details that left me excited to see what they would do next. There was no blushing. There was no negative feelings. I felt honored to learn without feeling wrong. The writing was a class act.

What I am saying is that you should read it for Quinton and Cassia. Quinton may be a dominant but he has so much compassion. I found my self wanting to woo this man. The picture I have developed in my mind has me comparing him with the great sculptures that exist in museums. He isn't afraid to accept/admit when he has found his other half. All his fears of a relationship are gone because of Cassia.

They aren't strangers when Quinton comes to her rescue at Blasphemy, an BDSM club. In fact two years prior she stood him up for a scene, or so he thought. Traumatized from what occurred, causing her to miss their appointment, has left her fearing the dark, fearing more. What good is a geologist that can't enter a cave??? She returns to Blasphemy in search of hope. In search of a solution.

Quinton decides he will be her hope. He will make her feel safe. His compassion during the scenes is off the charts. His prep work shows how important her safety and emotional well being is to him. What makes Quinton my number one book boyfriend is his ability to accept responsibility in anything. The day he dropped everything to go "fix" a misunderstanding---OMG!!!! SWOON!!!!! Heart palpitations. Just WOW!!!

Cassia and Quinton are perfect together. They can conquer and persevere. Together they can release their fears and move towards that Happily Ever After that we all seem to want in out romances.

Quinton and Cassia's story will entice and enthrall you from first page to last. The tremendous care and detail with which this story is told will amaze you.
Laura Kaye's books are always a story you won't find anywhere else and you just can't stop reading them. She understands the inner workings of the human mind and body in such a way that it astounds me. I don't have a fear of the dark but I am claustrophobic and the panic attacks that Cassia has are totally accurate and intense. As I read this book I found myself breathing with her and almost sliding into her head as the fear over takes her. That is the sign of a magnificent writer who from just words written on the page can bring a reader to the brink as she does the characters of her book. The secondary characters are as well written as the main characters and you will enjoy the way they add to an already amazing story. If you haven't read any of the Blasphemy Series by Laura Kaye I highly recommend this series.

Cassia survived a horrendous accident physically but mentally and emotionally she's a basket case. When a night of self-treatment goes terribly wrong, Master Quinton comes to her rescue. Despite a mutual unspoken atrraction for one another, they agree to a no strings attached D/s relationship where he will help her with her paralyzing fear of the dark. Can Cassia really be healed by this adrenaline junkie Dom? Their journey together is intense but satisfying. Slowly the strings become attached and love grows strong. They each give one another that is missing from their lives.

Steamy sex scenes, hot characters in a well-equipped BDSM club. However, it suffers from the same rushed unreality of the first book in the series - healing PTSD and full commitment within a couple of weeks due to the magic of submission is heavily optimistic.

Also, a note to all erotica authors: collaring is not the BDSM equal to a wedding ring. Every HEA ending in this style of books should not involve a choker necklace, especially not within a month of meeting or becoming reacquainted with a Master.

Master Quinton is wanting more. Maybe finding a submissive that is all his. Cassie was supposed to meet him one night but never showed. Two years later he runs to the rescue and finds it is her. Then he learns she was trapped in a cave for four days and that's why she disentangle it. Now she's terrified of the dark. He's a sensory master. Can he help her overcome her problem? Great love story.

Very sensual and sexy story. I enjoyed Cassia's phobia of the dark and how Master Quinton used sensory deprivation scenes to help her overcome it all. It was pretty intense at times, both what he was putting her through and her reactions. These two had magnetic chemistry from the start, and I liked that they had a little bit of history together. They both fell fast and hard. It was as much sweet and romantic, as it was sultry and passionate.

I absolutely loved these characters! Cassia is afraid of the dark and only one man can help her. Quinton rescues Cassia while she's having a panic attack. This was a great story. It showed how caring and trusting this Dom is. This is definitely a one click book. I can't wait to read more.

This was one of my favorite books this simmer. Now I am anxious to read the rest of this series. This was not just your average BDSM story but more about the love and trust. What woman would not fall in love with Quinton? Cass is a lucky woman!

This is a sweet love story. The characters don’t take themselves to seriously and it was nice to not have a plot where they are fighting themselves and not being honest with each other. You can’t go wrong with Laura Kaye!

When Cassia and Quinton reconnect, he’s able to offer her something she needs and thus a relationship of sorts happens, but without strings.

I loved how the author portrayed Cassia. There was no guessing with this woman, what you see is what you get. She gets joy from providing her master or the person she is playing with at the time, with her submission and she owns it. As for Quinton, I adored him. Not every DOM you come across is strict 24/7 and you will see this with Quinton. He’s more laid-back and easy going.

Mastering Her Senses is easily five stars, with its sensual characters, heated moments, and well-written words!

Once again, Laura has taken an extremely sexy book and packed it full of emotions. This series is so incredible for that reason. You will be sucked into the story and will read it all in one sitting.

Master Quinton is starting to feel restless and in need of a challenging submissive that will allow him to partake in his favorite kink, sensory deprivation. He never expects that the long lost stranger who once stood him up years ago would be that person.

Cassia was in the lifestyle until an incident forced her into a literal submission to life. She got stuck in a cave during an expedition, in the dark for days!!! That is enough to mess with anyone's mind. After 2 years she decides to return to blasphemy with hopes that a Dom is just what she needs to help her get her life back.

Master Quinton is hesitant at first because he is still a bit peeved about her standing him up two years ago and then never calling again. He also realizes that he never really tried either. So he gives it a shot, and boy do things heat up.quickly between these two.

This is a definite must read if your into BDSM, and actually even of your not I bet you would love it. Laura is a fabulous writer. You can't helped but be sucked into everything that she writes. This book is no exception.

She's tired of being afraid and believes the right Dom can help her get over her fears. Soon, she finds herself in an all out panic attack and Quinton is called down to the floor to help.
Quinton is the perfect Dom to help Cassia work through her fears, but there's the unfortunate fact she stood him up previously. Not the best way for a sub to begin a relationship with a Dom. Despite some initial doubts, Quinton agrees to a no strings agreement. He can't help still being intrigued by her. As he begins to play sensory games with her and they edge closer and closer to her fear, his attraction grows and emotions form for both of them. Fear, though is a heady thing to overcome. Are either willing to risk all and give themselves a chance at a happy ever after?
I'm enjoying Kaye's Blasphemy series tremendously! I was very intrigued by Quinton in book one and boy did he not let me down here! Quinton and Cassia were so adorable and sweet together while their BDSM scenes were very hot! I loved that this had minimal drama and we had the opportunity to watch these two fascinating characters open up to each other. I hope we see more of them in future books!

I am loving this smoking hot series from Laura Kaye! Mastering Her Senses is the second full length novel in the Balsphemy series and this time it is Master Quinton's turn in the spotlight. Cassia is his match and she is perfect for him.

Cassia was a great heroine, she was intelligent, strong and very likeable. I loved Quinton, he was sexy but also sweet, sensitive and fun. Cassia was supposed to meet Quinton at Blasphemy two years ago, but she was involved in a terrible accident. Two years on and unable to face the dark, she seeks out Quinton at the club hoping to find relief from her fear. Once Quinton finds out what happened to Cassia, he wants to help her and give her what she needs. I loved the connection between Cassia and Quinton, not only physically, but also as their relationship grew and developed into something more.

Mastering Her Senses was an awesome read, I was hooked on this latest visit to Blasphemy from the very first page, it was sensual and erotic but also emotional and romantic. Laura Kaye really does excel at every genre she turns her hand to. I cant wait to meet the next Master..

Holy Moly!!! I freaking loved this book!!! Quinton has become my favorite Dom at Blasphemy that's for sure. And Cassia, she's a woman that's facing a deep fear and the fact that she trusts Quinton to help her overcome this "obstacle" says a lot about her respect and desire for him. Even though there is a Dom/sub relationship between Master Quinton and Cassia there's so much more between them. And his sense of humor had me rolling at times. There is a bond between these two that you wouldn't think would be there given their past dealings and watching them explore this bond throughout the book was sexy and sizzling and had me squirming in my seat at times.

This series keeps getting better and better with each release and I'm thoroughly enjoying how dark and kinky Ms. Kaye can write!!!

Who is Quinton Ross? What kind of a business does he co-own? What happens while Quinton is talking to Griffon and his girl? Who is Cassia? How does Quinton know her? What happens that he sees her for the first time in how long? What does he do for her medically at the moment? As she's being chastised for something that she should have done and didn't, what does Quinton offer to help her with? You're going to have to read this book to see what happens and what doesn't happen. We even get a peek inside an MC in this book via Cassia's brother. You'll enjoy this book. I know I did. Now I have to go back and get my hands on the first of the book in the series!

This was an awesome read. Super hot with likable characters! I really liked both Quinton and Cassia. Quinton was super sweet and caring, helping Cassia deal with some past issues. Together they were playful, fun, and sweet with the perfect amount of teasing and flirting mixed in. I really liked Cassia, she was bold and daring, and brave wanting to face her fears.

There was a nice amount of emotion and drama that I really enjoyed. There were a lot of really great intense moments that where passion filled and heated thanks to the deprivation exploration. I loved this aspect and how it played into everything. It was sensual, passionate, and erotic. It was really entertaining and I liked the development as Quinton and Cassia came together. They had great chemistry and I couldn't wait for them to have their HEA.

The story was fast paced but I didn't feel like I was missing anything. More like it moved at an exciting clip and I was caught up in Quinto and Cassia’s story. I was really happy to see some crossover characters. That always makes me happy and it was a fun addition. I also enjoyed the other Dom’s in the club and getting to see a bit more of their personalities which makes me excited for more in the series.

This was a really fantastic, super hot read with great characters and I couldn't put it down. A great addition to the series!
