Hard As You Can: A Hard Ink Novel

OMG I loved this story!! Unfortunately for me I got bogged down in the initial details.....I have no doubt it was my impatience to get to the mission. I'm so happy with the end result. I highly recommend this book to all those fans of A Hard Ink Novel Series and anyone liking military mystery mixed with romance.

Not as fantastic as "Gets" but still a good book. I just had a harder time feeling as much Shane as I did for Nick, but it still was great and VERY hard to put down. And, I'm ready for the next in the series as I try to put the puzzle together along with the growing team members.

I was pleasantly surprised when I read the first book in this series after being unsure whether I would like it. This second book in the series also did not disappoint. Super hot guys with a super big protective streak and super tough women who keep them off balance in a good way. The action was good and the romance even better.

Sara and Shane are great together! I always love it when there are secrets, miscommunication and sexy fire. This story was touching, action laddled, suspenseful at times and all around enjoyable- I read it in one day because I couldn't put it down. Enjoy!

I absolutely love this series and look forward to the next installment! I love Laura Kaye's Hard Ink guys with the action, intensity, and sexiness. They are smokin' hot! A must read series for those that love action, military men and the badass heroines they love!

A very good action,, suspense novel. At times, it was hard to follow the references to other events that preceded the events in this book, but I kept reading and all was eventually explained. If I could change anything it would be to eliminate the cussing and explicit sex.

Loved, loved, LOVED IT. This one was the best yet. I got so scared on some parts wondering if there were going to succeed in their missions before the book ended. I can't wait to read the next part of this book. I am so in love with the series and will be recommending it to all my friends.

The Hard Ink Novels are not educational reading although you might learn some things lol they are not philosophical although they can give you pause to think about some things. BUT what they are is entertaining; suspense, drama, passion, good versus evil, and men are hard asses when they need to be and soft/good hearts where their woman in concerned. Great afternoon, weekend getaway.

Although I enjoyed reading Hard As It Gets, I found this book to be more intense emotionally. God I just loved Shane! I about melted every time he said "darlin" or "sweetness". Shane and Sara (aka Crystal) were the perfect match. Love, love, love it! Can't wait to read Easy's story. Hurry up already!!

I am so totally addicted to this series. I absolutely love the story line about the disgraced special forces team taking down the Church gang and all the other stories within, I just love it!!!! I can't wait for the next book to come out!!!

Great story. Felt very in touch with the characters and what they went through. Also, liked the little things, like a hand hold here and there and general affection for each other outside the bedroom.

likeable characters...believable plot line...I liked it and read it in one sitting...when I get like that, just leave me alone and let me read--read--read...just what I did and you probably will, too...good, good book...

Great new series. I really liked this book and am looking forward to reading all other books Ms Kaye writes. I love paranormal and the fight between good and evil. Give it a try. I am sure you will enjoy it also.

The 2nd installment of the series hooked my interest right back into the lives of the characters. I really love series that make me care about and feel connected to the characters; the author does a good job with that!
I really enjoy this series and am so looking forward to the next installment!

complicated plot and characters! I love it. and all of it is believable. You can see how characters come together, and change while still moving the plot along. Cant wait for the others to come out. definitely a pre-order series so that I don't miss any.

Hot protective alpha men - Yummy!! Shayne and Sara are a great couple - I cannot wait for more of this series! Kaye is a great writer, if you like Pamela Clare and Maya Banks KGI you will like these books!

Hooked. I have become hooked on the story to find out what happens. Although the romance of the characters happen quickly, it necessary for the story.. hot men, tattoos and fierce women and pets what more could you need

Another hit with the Hard Ink gang!! Shane McCallan is a honorable and sweet as they come - sexy too! I really liked Crystal too. She was a strong and smart leading lady. Can't wait for the next Hard Ink book!!!

What a truly great love story! Crystal has survived the worst nightmare of a life and has finally meet her night in shining armor! This book was really hard to put down because you just have to know what happens next!

I read everything Laura Kaye writes. This book did not disappoint! She's an excellent story teller and her characters make you want to root for them. Loved this book and also the first book in the series (Hard as it Gets).

I have never read anything by Laura Kaye and really, really liked it. Now it was very steamy but what I liked most about it was that it was an excellent story line to go with it. I can't wait to read the third book. It needs to be released now!
