Claimed by the Elven King: Part One

This book was really interesting. It was fast paced and had a good flow. The details of this story connected well. Some of the behaviors of the characters was unbelievable; however, the fantasy elements allowed for this on occasion.

This starts off very promising but by around the halfway point slowed right down and by the end was disappointing. Perhaps if I read the rest of the series I would have enjoyed it but based on this taster I will not be continuing.

Really really enjoyed this book actually reread it a couple of times for the feel good effect an interesting twist on an old theme but without all the drama that the woman goes through just to accept the male. It goes into a nice story line where love wins out and they live happily ever after and yeah the love scenes were hot true alpha male

Barely the beginning of a story. Maybe it would be a good one but ends too soon without giving the reader a chance to form any sense of bond. Just because its an erotic book, doesn't mean that it doesn't need no depth.

This was recommended to me as an example of hilariously bad writing, and it certainly qualifies. It demands to be read out loud. I'll ignore the repeated cliches found on almost every page and just quote a few of the anatomical oddities: "[he] proceeded to suck and lick his way down my jaw." "Something definitely had come loose in my brain..." "Even though I knew my face was probably nuclear red..." It's free, worth a look.

The story line is intriguing, but is lacking in substance. I wish the story went into detail on the background of the characters and to also learn more about the world the main character is now living in.

Smutty. Horrible. Why would a woman have sex repeatedly with a man she doesn't know? They take her into their world and wash her and lrelsre her and deliver her to the king. He has his way with her within a few seconds of seeing her for the first time. Smutty. I mean no disrespect to the author but it isn't tasteful.
