Dave Ramsey's Complete Guide To Money

I purchased two copies of this book -- one for our son and his wife, and one for a good friend who is approaching retirement. My husband and I took Dave Ramsey's Financial Peace University course at our church and were very impressed with the information, although we wished we had heard it years ago. We're hoping it will be a help to others -- but it will only help if you implement what he suggests.

This is the "handbook" for Financial Peace University. Thanks to these principles we are debt free except for our house, and that will be paid for before we retire in a few years. Get this book. Read it, understand it, practice it. You will never regret it.

As a college student looking to get my finances straight before debt ruins them I highly recommend this book. It's a great, easy, and interesting read. Perfect for getting exposure on finances for the 'real world'.

This book presented methods of getting out of debt that I have not thought of. Reading the book has given me hope that I will actually get out of student loan debt one day. His book also taught me why I should not use insurance as an investment plan. After reading this book, I am now on the road to becoming debt free. I am finally going in the right direction!

This was an excellent introduction to managing finances. This is an area of my life I've known I need to improve, but didn't see the bigger picture of how to do it. This book has definitely changed our family's situation.

This book should be available to teenagers and when they are ready to retire they will be millionaires.
I have asked all my younger family members to invest in this book because i know it will change their lives.
I have adopted a few practices and look forward to the results.

Ramsey is full of practical, biblical advice on finances from budgeting to investing. We were able to pat ourselves on the back in some areas and need to tweak other areas. I highly recommend this book to anybody with money now or who want it later. I'll be reading parts of it with my students during our financial literacy unit!!

Excellent advice as always from Dave Ramsey, although it seems to me to be targeted to younger folks who have 30 or more years to work. I'd like to see him publish some investing information for retirees.

This is an excellent book however, it will have greater impact and understanding with Financial Peace University classes. I have taken the class as a participant in 2010 and now as a coordinator. This information can change your future.

I have always heard about Dave Ramsey, so I decided to order this book.
Very Practical information written very well for all age groups to follow
the steps and learn the principals of money. The book is an easy read.
A keeper for sure with plenty of good gems inside.

Great advise on getting control of finances. I hope my son reads it and learns as much from it as I did. Only wish I could have read this when I was in my 20's. I'd be well ahead of the finance game by now instead of playing catchup.

Most of us learn our Money habits from our parents. This book is a great guide to unlearn those bad habits and develop good solid habits to help build wealth. My husband and I started following the principles over 20 years ago and today in our early 50's can retire if we wanted to.

This book is easy to read, practical, and informative and really helped me to understand the basics of retirement accounts, investing, and insurance as well as gave me sound financial advice for pretty much every aspect of life I hadn't thought of yet. It was even kind of entertaining to read since he gives some interesting anecdotes to illustrate his points.
