I gave Sheet Pan Suppers to the busy friends and will give more. We plan to take tunrs and cook our way through the many exciting, healthful menus. The photography is excellent and the directions are excellent.

I have actually made more recipes out of this cookbook than any other cookbook I own. These recipes aren't intimidating. Roasting meats, veggies and fish give a different, fresh flavor, yet just as easy as a one-pot or crock pot meal!

Love this cookbook so far! I have made the Cannoli Roulade, Broiled Grapfruit, Caprese Turkey Burgers & Sweet Potato Wedge Fries, Baked Turkey Meatballs, Apricot Baked French Toast, and the Vanilla-Maple Roasted Pears.

Everything except the Cannoli Roulade came out perfect- and it may have been my fault. I may try it again later to see if I can't make it work. 1/2 cup of flour just isn't much! The flavor was great- it just wasn't very pretty.

Such a fresh new take on one pot meals. It's been awhile since I have read a cookbook cover to cover and incorporated so many recipes in such a short amount of time.

This is a great book for classy and impressive recipe ideas.

I have not actually tried any of them yet but already bought figs and Gorgonzola cheese for my first but not last experiment.

Can't wait to try many of the others as well.

Very well written and sometimes entertaining. The recipes I've tried are very good and the ingredients are available at the grocery where I shop. Four stars because I wish there were pictures with every recipe.

I bought this for my cooking-adverse wife. She doesn't get the thrill out of cooking that I do, but I work outside of the house and was getting tired of hamburger casserole and spaghetti. This book has some 'foodie' type recipes to please the snob that I am, while still simple enough for her to pull off while also trying to corral a couple of kids! :^)

Fabulous fun cook book! We have made many of the recipes and they are interesting and really delicious. It is great for group weekends or family nights when you want good food but not lots of elaborate cooking and washing up. It is also good for two as my husband and I make things for ourselves to enjoy. Darling commentary by the author is a bonus.

I love the intro of this book, she literally made me laugh out loud a few times, but it was also a very informative level set for the rest of the book. The philosophy behind it makes so much sense to me, and most of these recipes are perfect for weeknight dinners for us.

This book is a great resource for fast, healthy dinners or even the impromptu party of friends. I loved the format-very simple, clear instructions and beautiful pictures. Great gift cookbook, too for your favorites hostess.
