Wow, this blew my mind! When I finished reading this book my head was spinning, and I questioned what exactly I had just read! If you have read James’s work before you now that his work is dark and pushes boundaries; well this book is a whole new aspect of his talented writing skills. This story is mind blowing, unique, twisted, hot, emotional, and crazy. This is a brilliant masterpiece, and I dare readers to read this story.

I absolutely loved this book! If you have read Six & Six Toy this is nothing like it. Don't get me wrong they are both exceptional stories. But this book blew me away! I had to reread some parts to figure out what I had just read. It's dark, it's twisty, the sex scenes are HOTT AF, and the ending well, you never saw that coming. So, do you DARE read it??? I think you should!!

I thought my mind was twisted... this book is twisted. Twisted beyond anything ive ever read. Anything ive ever dared to imagine. I loved every second of this book. James Crow just keeps amazing me and tickling my..... whats a good word here.... oh, mind. Tickles my "mind" with every word, every time.

This was definitely a different read than what I am used to. Having never read any of this authors work before I had no idea what to expect. This one book touched on so many different areas I was blown away.

My only thoughts after finishing this are WTF. It was dark, twisted, and dirty. It’s so vividly written and takes you on a very twisted ride. If you like dark and taboo then you definitely need to read this.

This story has a twisted ,steamy,mindfreak I have ever read. James Crow has written an excellent story with characters that either make you want yo feel sorry for them,or want to run and hide.
If you like your twisted,dark,taboo,steamy with everything in between this is a book for you.

This book was difficult to read. It was very dark and twisty, but It was also confusing. The narrator kept switching between different times and it was very hard to tell what was real and what was not. The notes at the end helped some, but really just left me with more questions.

What did I just read!? Absolutely brilliant writing! It will take a while for my mind to come down from this wild ride. It was like I was inside the mind of Dani and it was crazy incredible. It's a book I won't soon forget. Wow, loved it!! Whew!

I really enjoyed this book I love a dark read book but it's not just dark it's twisted / raw / crazy / hot / intense / keeps you on the edge and a book you'd remember.
To say it's a mined TWISTED read you have that in the bag

Amazing read...lots of twists and turns that keep you on the edge of a very filthy seat...i love this author and have read everything he's written and would recommend everyone do the same....he is a true genius!!!

I am not exactly sure what just read. The beginning sounded promising with some suspense and dark elements. However as I continued reading I found myself a bit confused with the present and past as for the book didn't have anything separating it.

I was actually starting to feel sorry for the heroine as the book progress. It seems she was looking for love and acceptance with man and sex because she wasn't getting it from home. She didn't know her father and her mother didn't payed her attention or care.

When I got to the end I was hoping for explanation of all the events but instead we get something different. I don't think I was shocked at the revelation at the end but more at the fact that I realized everything I read was pointless as for there was no deep ground of the purpose to the book.

I say this book is definitely not for everyone, it sure wasn’t what I was expecting. However readers looking for a crazy book with dark elements read at your own risk.

Imagine someone writing a dark & twisted erotica plot, with different timelines, on different index cards, & then shuffling them, & then publishing as novel. This is what this book kicked off to, & got messier. In the beginning, thought I missed a few pages, & had literally gone back & forth to make sense. To my surprise, that's how the plot was written. My head was spinning after a few confusing chapters. I gave up.
