I love having so many smoothie recipes to choose from and easy to make but I was expecting a meal plan guide. I’m confused. Don’t know which one should have for breakfast, lunch, after a work out and dinner. Help.

Great handy book! Recipes are super tasty!!! It is nice to have something cool, refreshing without added calories. I especially like the green detoxification smoothies. If my stomach is off, think green and I'm back on track. I use book more as a weight management tool. I never get board, since there are so many recipes to try. Plus seasonal favorites too!

Smoothies are delicious. My appetite was curbed. I lost 8 lbs my first week. Also found my craving for sweets was noticibly reduced as well as desire for alcoholic beverages. My favorite is the Apple Pi. Advice provide is very helpful and easy to implement.
