I’ve suffered for 9 years with binge eating disorder and not until now after reading this book did I learn so much about why I was doing it and more importantly how to stop. I learn so much about nutrition in general and I like the approach of no food restrictions or diets or even scales! Because she’s right, all these cause weight gain. Read this book if you want to finally free yourself from this awful, unhealthy and emotional distress of binge eating.

I bought this book by the reviews. Having a binging problem all of my life, I needed to try something that seemed to help others. I just started using this method and it really seems to help. I WANT to continue. If you have a binging problem, do yourself a favor and read this book!

I am really enjoying this book. Other weight loss books I have read tell you to eat fewer carbs and eat in moderation. Well duh. If it were that simple I wouldn't be overweight. The binge code really tries to give you tools to fight through the overwhelming urges to binge and break unhealthy relationships with food

It's an useful and simple manual. Everyone who struggle with bulimia or binge eating thinks to know everything about those "deaseses" but still suffer.

Excellent book a must read for anyone with bulimia nervosa and binge eating disorde. Good techniques to tackle urges. Emphasis on the physical side of the illness rather than mental side which makes recovery process easier to handle

I did not find this book very helpful. Although I did like the metaphor of Fiona Apple's video. I think it's a bit oversimplified, but it might work for some. I'm still in hell. I just think about putting bullet through my head to end this. I am so fat already.
