Insightful intelligent informative
Ahead of it's time literally
And figuratively
I read them out of sequence
And if doesn't matter
I have read about 10 of them
And I plan to read them all!

An intricate web of death,revenge and madness solved as usual by brilliant police work by Lt Eve Dallas.Events from Roarke' s past trigger the killing spree and old friends of his are the victims that Eve must stand for in this very convoluted mystery.

Good cop in NYC in a future environment where the world changed some for the good and some not so. Still crimes osf murder must be solved and I enjoyed reading through the evolution of the plot lines and character interactions. Some caught me by surprise which I found to be a nice turn of events.

I love the on-going evolution of Dallas & Rourke's relationship. The murders are horrifying (where does she gets these ideas?!?), troubling & graphic enough to make me shudder. Yet, there is humor and wit throughout the story. I also enjoy the secondary stories with Peabody, Mavis, et al. and of course, the continual insults & by-play between Dallas & Summerset.

Love all the Dallas series. These have all been read 2ice.this is my 3d go around. I start from the 1st and go to the newest. I love the characters. Admire Peabody and Feeney greatly. I'm still trying to accept Summerset.

I simply love this series. Nora Roberts is a genius and I am still reading through her work after several years. As an avid reader I can honestly say she is the ONLY author who has never written a bad book. I simply adore her.

The amazing chases in this thrilling murder mystery boggle the imagination, as well as the electronic devices of this futuristic thriller. I found the story continuity amazing...generally, a very hard book to put down!

I love her books. The futuristic atmosphere (we are getting there) is really fun. The main character is female, forceful and sure of herself and her abilities. She comes from an abusive background but makes a very positive life for herself. There is a little too much sex in it for me but that is life, I guess.

A will written mystery/thriller with Eve Dallas's well developed supporting cast. The action is fast in a futuristic New York City. The romance is hot and frequent. I would recommend this book and the series too anyone who enjoys mysteries. Enjoy reading

I love reading this series although I have to admit, I agree with another review when they wrote that the stories are all very similar. Saying that...I would still read more of this series, they are just that good.

"In Death" is a great series of books. Great character definition and excellent plots. A very creative mind worte these books and they are well worth the time reading. I highly recommend them to anyone who like a really good mystery.

The combination of belief and disbelief was cleverly done, just as I would expect from Eve's created, Nora Roberts. I enjoy having Jamie included. He seems to be a younger Roark, without the crappie background. Thank you for a great read.

another good book in the death series,never a waste of money like some books I have gotten because of the discounted prices, the editing was good not like a lot of the store books you read and wonder if they ever proof read anything or check for spelling

Love the eve Dallas series...like chips...once you start you want to go to the next one. JD Robb..."In Death" series is addictive... You want to find out what happens next. glad she kept going. Fun series, likeable main characters.
