I really like this book. It has dozens of recipes for a ketogenic diet that are tasty and practical, and without a lot of exotic ingredients. Great everyday cooking. I have only tried a few so far but they have been great. And it has given me a springboard for ideas to create my own dishes. Don't hesitate to buy this if you are trying to adhere to a keto or low carb lifestyle.

There are some recipes we really like and others not so much. It's annoying that some recipes call for a seasoning or sauce you have to make to add a couple tablespoons to your recipe. If I only glanced at the recipe and didn't notice I had to use "ranch" seasoning and then don't have powdered buttermilk to make the ranch seasoning to add to my other recipe it's annoying. Also, the cuts of steak used in the cookbook are pricy. We've mostly focused on the dinner foods so far. I think the Chicken Parmesan is our favorite.

I absolutely love this Ketogenic cook book. The recipes are varied and very easy to follow. The book contains just the information that I was looking for. I have another book that I love that is informative about ketogenics and glad I have it. But, this book was just what I was looking for ----great recipes and not overwhelming. Thanks!

I found so many wonderful recipes. I've made several so far, my hubby loves all of them. He has asked for them to be put on our rotation meals! That my friends is a real compliment. BTW He just showed up with strawberries, with a special request for more MASCARPONE CREAM CHEESE– FILLED STRAWBERRIES! I did alter it slightly - sliced the berries and drizzled the cheese! Delightful!
I especially like that Amanda uses WHOLE FOODS. No fake yucky ingredients.
Pretty soon I'll be ready for a new book. Get busy Amanda!

I’ve used Keto cookbooks for several years and I’m surprised that this one has so many really creative and delicious recipes. I’ve tried at least 10 and I’m happy to report that they’ve each been very, very good. I’m planning to make the garlic, cumin, lime shish kabobs for our annual New Years Eve Dinner we hold for friends. I can marinate them in advance then just thread the skewers & send my hubby out to the grill while I kick back with some ? champagne!

Great cookbook. Have been doing this woe for years. Bought for 15 year old daughter that loves to cook. She is trying to eat healthier and follow a lchf diet and this is perfect for her (and me) plus she can still do one of her favorite things, cook! Highly recommend

I like the recipes. Tonight I tried the Chile-Lime Marinade on drumsticks I cooked in my airfryer. Awesome. My entire family loved them. I gave this cookbook 3 stars because the food counts information is incorrect on several recipes. For example, The Maple-Orange Spice Mug Cake state 67g protein for 1 serving. So now to be sure I am within my macros I have to recalculate each recipe.

I am always a little leery about "diet" cookbooks. I have had bad luck in the past with "diets" and reading cookbooks with no "normal" recipes. I was pleasantly surprised while reading through this cookbook. The recipes are relatively simple, include normal ingredients I can get at any grocery store, and there is even a helpful guide to the $ it may cost to prepare each recipe. This allows the reader to plan not only for their dietary requirements, but for their pocket book as well! I would definitely recommend this book to anyone who is looking to eat healthier (even if you aren't on this specific diet), yet don't want to break the bank to do it.

Great keto cookbook. My only complaint is a lot of the recipes call for somethings you have to make from recipes in the book like Ghee or a sweetener. The ghee I can buy but the sweetener no other options listed for a quick replacement.

The Wicked Good Ketogenic Diet Cookbook is awesome! I am on a very low carbohydrate diet, and all of the delicious recipes in the book will fit perfectly into our healthy eating. The cookbook arrived today and we already tried out the Strawberry-Lime Water (pg 51) and the Baked Cheddar Chips (pg 68) - both were fantastic and we can't wait to try out more! Tomorrow night we will be having the Veggie Fried Beef (page 127) for dinner.

This recipe book has a very nice, easy layout, and there is a lot of helpful keto information in it, including a 4-week meal plan. The book also includes a calorie breakdown in every recipe. I also appreciate the fact that not all of the breakfast items are egg based. I understand that with the keto diet, sugar and carbs are to be avoided, but I do not like the use of artificial sweeteners, which is personal preference. I do wish there were more pictures.

I highly recommend this cookbook. I received this book just a few days ago but have tried some of the recipes, and they’re delicious. The fact the meals presented in the book are also very healthy is certainly an added benefit! There is a wide range of recipes with a variety of ingredients that will help a chef prepare something that everyone would like.
