I absolutely loved it. I read it in one afternoon! The romance scenes were not in the least grafic which I found extremely refreshing, and I came to truly care about the characters.I have read hundreds of romance novels and this is possitively a new favorite.I hope Ms. Kurland has a follow up in the making.

Lynn Kurland is an amazing author! I really enjoy reading her novels. I love the time travelling and all the family connections. If you're wanting to read romance, I definately recommend her. Jamie's story was so great to read :o)

This is one story which I thoroughly enjoyed. Ms. Kurland draws full, rich characters for both the hero (Jamie) and heroine (Beth). Elizabeth on her own is a little bland, but once she meets her Jamie, then magic occurs! With humor infused throughout the story, I have frequently been seen to either be laughing or grinning during my commute while reading! Even the secondary characters are all well-drawn, and the reader can often affectionately look at them to see their latest antics.

This book is one of my favorite from Lynn Kurland. One gets easily into the book, and once you start you can't put it down. Worth getting if you can find it - and one you'll read over and over again. It's a very heartwarming story of two people who may be from different times but need each other enough to conquer both the problem of time and themselves. I guarantee anyone who likes any of Kurland's work will love this one as well. It is a perfect sitting - by - the - fire book, and probably become one of your favorites - it's just such a sweet story.

I absolutely adored this book. Elizabeth and Jamie were perfect for each other. Jamie was so strong and yet so sensitive to the needs of everyone around him (and the fact that he was drop-dead gorgeous doesn't hurt.) Elizabeth was self-assured enough not to lose her own identity when dealing with such a strong personality as Jamie's. This book was beautiful.

The author made this book great...and she was even a little bold with love scenes, which are usually nonexistent in her books. James was both wonderful and a cad, but loveable. His son Jesse was a fabulous young man. And Elizabeth was simply magnificant and lovely and sweet. A grand tale.

After reading the Diana Gabaldon books, I looked for something similar. Lynn Kurland's books are always listed. So I bought one and couldn't finish it. She tells the reader everything rather than showing us the scenery, the landscape, etc. I believe this woman is actually published. My 4th grade students write better narrative than she does. I didn't check, but I'd guess this drivle is about on a 3rd grade reading level. So my advise is: "Don't waste your money on this one."

Love this book. But I love all her books. Please put them all on Kindle. I am trying to hold out reading them until they all get on the Kindle. Because I know when I start I will want to read the next one.

Dance Through Time was my own personal time portal to a world that one can only dream of. I put myself in Elizibeth's postion and as if I was there in the past and in love. The mix of mondern day luxuries and the Scottish hardships was unflawed. I would recommend this book to anyone who is looking for a getaway to a world of humor, love , and passion.

Time travel and romance, two of my favorite things. But this book is a flop. Meaningless and poorly written conversations that go on forever. And ever. So many of them, I had to stop reading or risk going mad. Don't spend your money on this unfortunate book.

This was a very good read. I especially enjoyed the different relationships each character had with the others. I did feel that the character of Ian should have ended differently.... I hate loose ends. But all and all, this book is worth getting.
