Over all I enjoyed this book until the final chapter. The ending was very abrupt. One minute she was struggling to move on from a bad marriage and the next she was fine and ready to get married again. I felt like there was a lot more that could have been done to lead up to the 'happy ever after" ending

Read my first book by Debra Clapton yesterday, loved it, so I bought this one!! I love her passion and strength she gives her characters!! It is so great to read a book with good values, yet spices it up with a little sweet romance!

I really enjoyed the story! The author covered so many things in this book without it being too busy. I love to paint, so I really enjoyed that element, the location was described well, the focus on family was there and so much more!

Good Story with likable characters that you will want to end up together. The description of the murals had me seeing them in my mind. The sisters rounded out the cast of characters for this (should be) Hallmark movie!

An easy read. Small town settings really make me feel connected with the characters. They are made up of families, neighbors, and friends who go out of their way to support and look after one another.

This story is a well written sweet romance that makes you keep turning the pages from beginning to end! Cali Sinclair has recently divorced her husband who started hitting her and she hid the marks he left with make up! Cali got sick of it and divorced him and moved back to Windswept Bay to help her sisters make a go of the family owned resort! The three sistersvwith the help of there brother in Texas who helped them hire a famous painter to do 3 murals for them on the walls of the resort to attract visitors to there resort! The painter Grant Ellington needed a distraction in his life! He was the only survivor of a small airplane were he lost two of his best friends! Since the crash he has not been able to paint! But he promised his neighbor Cali's brother who saved his house and land from a brush fire that he would do the paintings! The flight from Texas to Windswept Bay meant he had to fly to get there! That part of the story makes you want to keep reading to see how the bumpy flight goes! Can Grant actually do the murals and will Cali who has sworn off men get along?

I love all of Debra Cloptons' books. She has great characters that make you care about them. Cali and Grant were meant for each other from the moment she literally ran in to him at her resort she ran with her sisters. If you love a good romance, you will love this one.

I was captivated from the first chapter. Cali and Grant are totally irresistible. I also love that they could fall in love without the sex that seems so prevalent in a lot of romance these days. Loved it!

I thoroughly enjoyed this book, and its believable characters. Throw in realistic struggles with abusive relationships, and educational information on the struggles of sea turtle, and you've got my attention. It was predictable, but that's okay for a fun romance novel.

I chose this rating because it was very light hearted and easy to read. I also liked the way they enter twined the 2 characters to meet I would recommend this to anyone interested in a light hearted love story.

This was a sweet romance. The characters were fun. They were a little too good to be true at times, but sometimes I read to escape reality and finish with happily ever after. This book did that for me.

Cute story although there were plot issues that bothered me. For example she had to come back for a meeting because her sister couldn't do it, then you find out the sister is in charge of the meeting. Minor issues but distracting.
