I love when two authors come together on a project, you can see great minds at work. I loved this book.

The whole book is not just on the Trinity Masters and what is does for your future. You see how all three truly come together as a family and what they went through to get there.

I am off to see who the Grand Master matches next.

The premise of this series is a secret group, the Trinity Masters, sets up arranged triad marriages in order to better the world. So that's different, right? Our first peek into this new world is of Carly, the owner/creator of the first video game that uses AI to empower the game, Lance, a Marine who works for DARPA as a mathematician, and Preston, a chemist of renown.

The trio meets for the first time at their Union ceremony, and Lance is none too happy that their third is another male. Carly is kind of overwhelmed by her reaction to the two men, and runs away. Carly spends a lot of time running away.

Preston is the only one who is truly on board from the beginning, as he is a "legacy" Trinity Master. His parents were a triad, so he figures he has the inside scoop on the way things should go.

Lance is a mathematician with limited people skills, He joined the group in order to be assured of a marriage without the pressure of having to seek out companionship himself.

Carly wanted the opportunities afforded to her by joining, and seems kind of taken aback by actually having to follow through with the marriage portion of the contract. She is the owner/creator of a very successful gaming company, and is used to running her own life.

This short story is basically about the three of them trying to find a way to be together, working out the logistics of blending three lives in a world built for two. It was interesting to see the reasons each had chosen this lifestyle, and to see them try to mesh the reality with their preconceptions.

There is a sub plot involving embezzlement at Preston's firm, in which Carly ends up kidnapped and Lance and Preston come to her rescue. And Carly runs away. Again. To give the authors credit, they do address Carly's "drop everything and run" attitude.

The heat level is fairly high. It is a menage, after all. The premise is very interesting. The opportunity to get to know the characters is limited by the length of the novel. I would have liked to see more interaction between the three of them that wasn't sexual in nature. What was there was interesting, I just wish the book would have been longer. Overall, I liked the story, and will continue to read the series.

I was intrigued by the blurb, a secret society which promises you access to people, money and power but first you promise them your future, at some point in time you'll be called to meet your partners because The Trinity Masters as the name suggests are all about three, three people together forever, no divorce or affairs just a strong unit of three.
So obviously this book is going to be far-fetched we know that from the blurb so that wasn't the problem the problem was firstly I didn't like Lance, at all and I wasn't overly fond of Carly either but I did love Preston.
This is a ménage book but all the sex has Carly firmly in the middle there's no M/M action at all which I found surprising and disappointing. There's also a crime element inserted and that part in particular seemed too rushed and unbelievable and for me the book would have been better without it but I understand why it was there.
There's also a lot of mistakes like 'Preston messaged her shoulders.' but while I wasn't completely won over by this I think I'm going to give the next book 'Primal Passion' a chance and see if it's better.

The Trinity Masters is an old, secret group. The Grand Master helps people with getting started in life and in return he picks who you marry. It usually involves three people.
Carly, owner of a gaming system, Lance is ex military and works for DARPA and Preston, who is not unfamiliar with triads, is a chemist specializing in nanotechnology.
Preston discovers someone has been embezzling money from his company and before they can do anything Carly is kidnapped. When the kidnappers realize who they have, they decide to ask for ransom but before they can Lance and Preston rescue her. Can they put it behind them or will it tear them apart?
Awesome story. Very hot. Be prepared for a cold shower.

I love this series! I somehow managed to skip over this book and read the second one, Primal Passion first but I’m glad I’m coming back to read this one because it’s not a book to miss! It’s full of emotion and sexual tension like you wouldn’t believe with some angst and suspense thrown in to keep us on edge the whole time. These two authors have really given us a treat with these books! Mari writes incredibly good ménage books and while Lila is new to me with this series, I plan to read many more from her!

I loved these characters. They were a bit frustrating in the beginning with their many problems but when you throw three strangers together into a relationship, it’s gonna be tough starting out. The tension between the three was thick but oh man it made the sex HOTT and it really wouldn’t have been such a great story if there weren’t some obstacles to conquer.

This was one hot read! I didn't want it to end and I wish it had been a little longer but I still loved it. I'll definitely be reading more of this series and these authors in the future.

*I was given a copy of this book for an honest review...but I also bought a paperback copy after reading it cause I just had to have it for my favorites pile*

Enter the world of the Trinity Masters. when you sign up, you get all that you need to be a success in your chosen field. you will pay for it later though. The Grand Master will choose your life partner, or rather PARTNERS, for the Trinity is a magic number, three.

Carly, Lance and Preston are such a three. Neither has met before, but they now have to become a unit, as The Grand Master does not take lightly anyone skipping out on their returns. When Carly finds herself overwhelmed by it all, she runs, from Lance and Preston, and then Lance discovers that someone is stealing from Preston's company, Carly is kidnapped and feelings that should never be after such a short time surface, and the race is on to save Carly, and thier Triad.

very different menage tale! all three are new to this, although Preston is a Legacy, his parents are in a Triad, but he hasnt actually taken part, so i liked that! they all learn as they go, and its this learning that causes Carly to run. I liked that Preston is all for the relationship, and Lance not so happy about it, and Carly is so/so. all sides covered. they grow together, finding their places in the three. the scenes with all of them are well written and sexy, the two with just Carly and Lance or Preston also sexy, but they decide that its all three or nothing.

this is the first ive read of this series, and there are four. im not sure how this group will come into any further books, if at all, but it would be nice it we caught up with them at some point. the other books are sat on my wish list.

Elemental Pleasure is the first book I have read in the Trinity Masters series. The premise sounded interesting to me. A secret group, the Trinity Masters, sets up triad marriages/ménages by matching intelligent, gifted people together so the triad will ultimately use their talents to benefit society. "Being a member meant access to people, money, and power. In exchange, you gave them your future." This story follows Carly, Preston, and Lance. This book ticked all the boxes for me. (Interesting story, original plot idea, hot scenes, intrigue, romance, passion, suspense, and love.) I thought the authors produced a well-written, entertaining book. I will certainly read the other books in the series.

Enjoyable read. All the characters are head strong but Preston has a sensitive element which completes the circle. Lance is a hothead and not use to any way other than his. Carly loves her independence so she's unwilling to be treated as a piece of property. I was a little leery with the menage however the men just share one woman and have no sexual contact with each other. I was a little turned off by the brutality Carly experienced when kidnapped though but the experience is a wake-up call for all three & help them despite their differences realize that what is really most important.

The Trinity Masters, very interesting/unique concept...where do I sign up, lol

Carly is her own woman, with a successful computer business she thought she had more time to do as she pleases. Then she is called to marriage with two guys. No not legally, but the Triad is more binding that government laws. Ex-marine Lance is sort of a geek, but also handsome and at first not to open to his triad. Preston was raised by triad parents so he's ready but not to let Lance take the lead.

So their triad starts off rocky. Then throw in the intrigue of a bad guy gunning for them and you can't put this book down till the end. Then you pick up the next, you can't help yourself.

A great beginning to a promising series. This was a good entertaining read. The characters were interesting and the story line unique, a secret society that matches up people who seemingly have nothing in common. There is sexual attraction, trust issues, danger, mystery and a touch of humor. Just ordered book # 2. I am interested in seeing where this series is headed. I received this book free in exchange for n honest review.

Mari Carr and Lila Dubois have teamed up to write a new series that will be sure to enthrall readers. The premise of the series is - well, I'm not going to give away the premise but its a very unusual and interesting situation that could lead to a very addicting series. This is just the first of the series and hopefully there will be more to come in the near future. If you are a fan of either of these authors - do not fail to read this book. You will not be disappointed.

I liked seeing how the characters worked through there differences/problems and dealt with them together.

Each of them had their own issues coming into their trinity about how they thought things should be handled in their relationship BUT it took them all working together to make it work.

There were a lot of hot and steamy moments and emotional and tension filled scenes, but they really drew you into the story and it was nicely written.

This is a fabulous series. The concept/theme is brilliant and not the run of the mill romance type. Suspense mixed with hot sex & will make you want to read more of the series! I like that this has an end for most of these characters but that the basic storyline will continue. These ladies never fail to capture their readers!!!

What a wonderful way to start a series .. suspense thought feelings confusion it is how we start... clarity comes after true feelings and things happen .... nothing is known till the unknown opens it's doors (literally) ... and to think ..there's more ;) ♡♡♡♡<3
