Blake and Danica were an amazing couple although they had to fight to get there. Danica is Blake's therapist and dating him is definitely against the rules. After fighting the attraction Blake finally kisses Danica and effectively puts an end to the therapist/patient relationship.

This is an enjoyable book, and reading it made for a pleasant way to spend my evening. Good characters with a decent amount of depth, good writing, and no big surprises. No expicit sex, but a couple titillating scenes. I'd rate it somewhere between three and four stars, which puts me right in the middle of the pack with all the other reviewers. (Darn. And here, I thought I was unique...)

I really enjoyed this romantic story. Sisters are usually very different, especially in
Personal lives. Sister also have different pursuit in life and loves sometimes it takes a longer period of time to realize the true love is fight there.

I really enjoyed this book. It was well written and held my attention on every page. Melissa Foster is a new favorite of mine. I thought about giving it 5 stars but typically I reserve 5 stars for books that blow me away...but this one was good. I highly recommend it.

I read through some of the reviews after I finished this book. I feel the 1 star reviews were very unfair as most didn't finish the book. It is true there is a sex scene near the beginning that makes the hero look sleazy, but I felt that was important to show how the hero evolves throughout the book. He doesn't want to be "that guy" any more. Great book. I could barely put it down until I finished it. I can't wait to read the other two books in the series.

I cannot say enough good things about this author. She is wonderfully creative and her books never cease to amaze me. Always pre-order!! Each and every one of her books deserves a 5 star rating. Looking forward to any and all books for her. Job well well done!!!

This is the start of a good series. The characters are believable, sexy and want more out of life. This part of getting to know them is fun and makes you want more. Nothing is as it seems sometimes. Even when we're sure, there's always another side to the story. Danica helps herself by helping others. Once we understand why we do things, the pieces fall into place.

The story definitely kept you intrigued. The typical, 1 sister outshines the other while that 1 really admires the 2nd, was evident. Well written and interesting plot twist. However, in reality, her license would be revoked just as quick as that 1st kiss!

I have been following Melissa for while now but I finally picked up her first book and I'm so happy I did. Once I started reading it I couldn't put it down. Great characters. A whole new world of people and places have been opened up with this series. I'm looking forward to reading them all.

It's nice that it focuses in real life situations. It makes you feel that Danica's comments can somehow relate to someone you know.
It's not all about sex. It's simply a love story.
"We can only control who we are, Blake. You are doing all the appropriate things. You are working on yourself, so that you- and no one else that matters here but you- can take pride in the person you are."

Loved these books, how the story line continued through each of the books. Fell in the books, couldn't put them down, when I finished one went right to the next. Would recommend to 18 and above because of the content. Melissa Foster is a good writer.

Too detailed and slow for my taste. Hardly any interaction between the characters who supposedly fell in love. I don't mind explicit sex scenes, but the first one was a bit much I thought. Barely made it through the book.

I love a good wintery or Christmas-timed read during the holidays. This was perfect. It was a light read that had a romance and likable characters. The backgrounds of the characters were somewhat unrealistic, but hey! That's fiction for ya...

The author has written a book about dysfunctional families trying to turn their own into "normal". Sisters are friend and rivals, then best friends. As they sort out the causes of stress in their own parents, they determine to help themselves make a permanent change on their own way of thinking and living.

It was interesting...I enjoyed how it started off but then loosing his friend came out of no where! I love the fact that she didn't just throw them together it could've went a different way but you could feel the chemistry between Danica and Blake.

This was a good story with interesting characters and storyline although bits of it were long winded and still somehow managed to leave you hanging. Unfortunately, not enough to entice me to want to read the next installment in the series.

A comfortable chair, a crackling fire, a cup of tea, and a Melissa Foster book... the best way I can think of to spend a wintery day. I was in good company with these believable, likable, characters and satisfied with the resolution of their dilemma. A good read.

I loved this book. This is Danica and Blakes story and the author tells it so well. I was never bored in this book and couldn't wait to find out what the next page held for them.
This is a book that you just want to get for the tittle of the book a lone lol
I admit though sometimes I was fustrated that Danica and Blake were like taking forever to get into bed. There love for one another was instant and it continued through out. What fustrated me the most the ending cause I would have liked to see that forever. Though the author writes that there is one I didn't really read that. I read the love and that she ruined him for any other woman and that they have a future but I would have liked to feel that and read about it.
The book was really well written and you really should get this book.
Though I loved the book something left me flat at the end, I just can't put my finger on it.
Happy Reading

This book is a great example of a wonderfully written series book. Good plot, great characters, and the first book finishes, yet leaves you hanging to want to purchase the next one. Yes, I'll probably buy it.

Such a cute, quick love story. I enjoyed the fact that there was more than boy meets girl. There was also the story of the sisters. This was just what I needed for a pick-me-up type of book to get me out of the doldrums.

Good reading. characters were described as regular everyday people. Danica and Kaylie were very different sister, but had the same needs. Blake was described so vividly that you could visualize him. but he had some deep issues that he was unable to deal with, I can't wait to read the sequel.

Enjoyed the journey of Danica. While helping others she finally finds herself. Story line is good and progresses in normal pace. Real worries, and real characters. I am eager to see what is next.

I really enjoyed this story. It was nice having a strong female & a confused male as the H&H. It had great secondary characters & side stories. You really felt like you got to know the characters & where they were coming from. I especially liked Dr Snow when she was working.

Heavy on the messed up emotions, light on the romance, and lacking humor. Read only if you want to feel worse when you put it down than when you picked it up. Maybe that's a bit harsh, but I only made it half way through before I couldn't bring myself to pick it up any more. Maybe it gets better and I just didn't get to it.

I enjoyed the characters and the plot. The chemistry between the characters was enjoyable and engaging.  Life hands us, so much and this book reflects the character discovering their true selves. There are many lesson one can learn by reading this book. I would recommend.

I love Danica and Kaylie. More importantly I love the fact that a Leopard can change his spots. Blake is a sexy manwhore turned one woman man. Guess it just takes the right woman to get in the way of an elbow!!
