Loved, loved, loved this series. The first 5 books I would rate 5+ stars. This one picked right up and kept on rolling with action and suspense. I loved Brooks, Sean, Brad and Shane, BUT I wish the author could've stretched the book 100 or more pages at the end. I felt it was too rushed. Without giving away any spoilers I think the cure came about too fast and there wasn't enough detail about how the " lab" came up with it so quickly. Plus I wanted more primal ass- kicking done by Brooks, Sean, Brad & company.

Good installment but I got lost in the people. It took me a while to remember who was who and who all were connected. Plus the whole thing about bringing various folks together in light of the end of the world is a little implausible. (Yes, I realize this was about a zombie apocalypse. Don't be hate in')?

WARNING. PARTIAL SPOILERS*** I believe this is it. After spanning (literally) halfway round the world, from the sandbox of Afghanistan to a lake in West Virginia, the story following Brad, Sean, and Brooks comes to an end...?? I am sorry to see the ride end, but I think I see a new series coming down the pipe from Mr. Lundy. If this IS the end to the Whiskey Tango Foxtrot series, it is a good one. Brad and his comrades deserve a happy ending. I have very much enjoyed this series by Lundy. The story being written by an author that has real tactical training has made this series an outstanding bit of work. I look forward to the book I believe is coming next from Lundy; THE SHADOWS? I saw the cover shot of the new story at the end of this book. I will certainly be checking that out the instant it becomes available! Not only does Mr. Lundy have tactical knowledge but is a very gifted writer as well. The stories are detailed and the characters are very cool. I loved following along with them as they ran a gauntlet of extreme peril, fierce battles, and nonstop action while managing to keep their humanity in tact as so many around them turned nearly as feral as the infected that attack relentlessly throughout the story. Whiskey Tango Foxtrot was a successful mission.

Lundy is an excellent author who nails the quickness and uncertainty of combat like no other. The background story of this whole series fits almost too well with the headlines of today.
I'm not sure if this is the final book of this series but if so, Lundy pulled all the various strings together so the readers are not left hanging. It was fairly short & sweet with not a lot of deep thought required to understand anything. You do need to read the other books in the series before this one or you will be totally lost.
Overall, this series was a 3-4 star ranking with good editing, and a near-future storyline with lots of military action. The earlier books are a little better than the finale but this wasn't bad either, just not Lundy's best. It felt a little rushed to end the series so he could move on.

This sixth book of the 'Whiskey Tango Foxtrot' series was amazing. An unbelievably fast-paced read with so much action! The great thing is that Mr. Lundy writes clear descriptions to detail everything without it being too much. The characters are real, each with their own mannerisms, humor, and fighting skills. The challenges that they face, the planning that they must do, and the obstacles that they attempt to overcome are incredible. I'd love for this whole series to be made into the most epic movie! Until then, the whole series is a great read! Well done!

WJ Lundy again hit another home run with Divided We Fall. Most authors, especially those already six books into a series, will take a breather with a book or two; moving the story forward a bit while taking time to regroup, so to speak. Not this series, each book is an entire adventure in and of itself; way more exciting doing it this way for us the readers. Having completed the story arc started in Book 5 and more importantly the story arc reuniting Brad with his team from Book 1; it will be interesting to see what the author plans to do with his characters. Be a darn shame if there weren't several more books to come. Lundy is a great writer of action scenes, his dialogue is good if usually uninspired, but the characters are real and they always make the story what it is. Great job! Don't read this book without first getting the previous five, you won't be disappointed.

....then Lundy released another book following this one! Awesome! I can't imagine how he's going to top this one, though. This book has it all -- your beloved characters, new likable characters, villains to detest, non-stop action, and of course the infected. One of the best books in the series. I'm excited to read the next, but I know already I'll be bummed when it's done. WTF stands head and shoulders above most other series in the genre.

Great continuation in the WTF saga! I couldn't wait to see what the group was up to after WTF 5. Especially a couple of new characters we were introduced to in the last installment. The story line gets deeper, as well as the s@#t the survivors find themselves in! No shortage of primal action in this fast paced story that will literally have you checking your six when you wake up at night! Can't wait for the next one. The series just keeps getting better. Keep it up, Mr. Lundy!

Another great entry in the series. "Divided We Fall" brings together many of the characters and story lines from Lundy's previous books. The action and character developement continues to be great. The author truly captures the comraderie that forms in the military. I highly recommend the WFT series to anyone, but especially to those who enjoy militay action and ZOMBIES!

Things start to sort themselves out as the guys find a stronger purpose. They join up with a surviving battalion of Rangers. But of course nothing is ever easy in the apocalypse. The action makes it hard to stop reading. Hopefully you will enjoy the read as much as I did.

Exciting story line again, these characters get to be so real, at times you hold your breath waiting to see if the main characters are going to make it. I could not put this down, just like all the books in this series, can't wait for the next book. If you like action and apocalyptic books these are some of the best.

W. J. Lundy continued to bring the WTF Book Series along for another glorious ride! The story flowed well and of course the characters
blended well into the storyline. I feel lucky to have found this series and be able to enjoy each book in order. I highly recommend this book series and any writings by W. J. Lundy!
