Skye: The Dragon Kings Book 4

As with all her book, Kimberly Loth delivers an amazing story once again! With characters you love yet not sure if they should be in love, the story draws you in as in unfolds. This is definitely my favorite in the series so far! I was fiven an ARC copy in exchange for my honest review.

Kimberly Loth has done it again! She really knows how to draw you in. Skye's story is incredible. You can almost feel her pain at not being able to love Rowan the way she feels she should be able to. Rowan finds strength and courage he never knew he had. Another beautifully written book with a cliffhanger that will leave you begging for more! I may have an ARC but this will be one I'll be buying to add to my collection.

Skye by Kimberly Loth is about the young woman named Skye who is going through some changes as she tries to decide to do with herself. She's changing but she doesn't know what it means or what to do. But what she does know is that these changes put her in some serious danger and not just her but her friend Rowan. This book starts off with her finding her friends so there is no question as to whether they are successful in doing so or not so the story back tracks to before to tell you how they get there.
I have the first book in this series but haven't had an opportunity to read it yet but after reading this book I will most definitely be doing that. I really enjoyed it and read it quickly. It really engages you as you read how Rowan has feelings for Skye but she continuously holds him at arms length. On a level she is concerned about loving him but she wants him to always love her. Can you imagine being in that type of relationship all of your life? Willing to be committed to someone, love them always but they never love you in return? Just always label you as their best friend? You begin to see things change between them gradually but it is gradual.
If you have read this series up to this book then I recommend picking it up. I will of course be back tracking and reading the other books in this series to catch up and so that I can enjoy it even more.

Skye is an awesome PNR story! You really need to read the first 3 books in the series before you read Skye. It will help you understand some of the events and the reasons behind them.

Once again, I was enchanted from the beginning. I was lucky I could read the story with no interruptions because I was eager to see what happened next. I love the way Kimberly Loth weaves her tale with such depth that I have no trouble visualizing everything that happens. Her characters are all well developed, three dimensional creations that I truly care about (or hate, in some cases.) Seeing Rowan become so much more than he ever thought possible was wonderful. I love when someone overcomes the things that hold them back. Rowan is a true hero. I felt Skye's anguish over not being able to return Rowan's love and cheered when the achieved their HEA.

I have one HUGE problem with this story! It left me wanting the next book right NOW! ? I love this series ??? and am impatiently waiting for the next book. It is supposed to be out in December. That seems so far away.

Skye and Rowan are searching for Everett, the oldest dragon in existence, to learn more we about the prophecy. Brown's family have been searching for him and think he is dead, a victim of the rogue golden dragon. In the meantime, they are keeping a secret from Kingston, one of Sid's brothers. Follow the story to discover Skye and Rowan's secret.

Really enjoyed this book in the series, was great getting to know more about Skye and Rowan.
The book is filled with excitement, drama, romance and a bit of humour as well. It was great getting to know more about Rowan and seeing him mature as the book progressed. Getting more background and seeing how Skye matures throughout the book was also enjoyable.

Kimberly is an excellent wordsmith and I enjoy delving in to all her books with their varying genres,

Exciting, sad, adventure, truths and love all in one story. I loved the way that Sky and Rowan find each others love and how it ends most exciting and making me want to read all night the next book in the series. Kmberly Loth is great in writing a story with so much within it and tying it all together. Genuis!

Although this is the fourth book in the series, it is the first that I have read. It was a very good book. So good infact that I want to go back and read the other three. Even though I was a bit confused on who was who, it was still easy to follow. I hope there will be more books to this series. I will highly recommed this series to all. I voluntarily reviewed an ARC copy of this book.

I have been reading The Dragon Kings since the beginning. I am in Love with Kimberly's writing style. Skye is a great continuation to the Kings. (And how awesome for this story to be totally different!) Skye has been in the story since the beginning, and now it's all about her, and how she belongs in the Kings story. Thank you, again, Kim!
