Kids today in this "me-centered" world need to be reminded of how their words and actions affect others. The examples given in this book are very pertinent and good discussion starters for both classroom and home use. Being a former teacher I would recommend this book highly, this is a topic that NEEDS to be addressed with toddlers through adolescents. Might even be good for adult behavior improvement workshops.

I liked that this story tackled many scenarios in the day and the life of a kid, and it challenges children to look at the right and wrong of decisions they are making. It is addressing situations that may be hurtful through conversations. I read this to my four year old niece and she said that she was going to be nice to her friends, so they won't be sad. This is a good read for kids.

This book does a nice job of illustrating the point that kindness matters. It’s done in a way that is both entertaining and thought provoking. Teachers and parents wishing to approach such a topic with children they love should consider getting this book.

We would have world peace, that's what! Be decent/be kind/be nice, it matters! No more meanness, please and thank you! It's just such a waste of time and energy that could be used for the greater good! Snap out of it, people!

I am in agreement with the positive reviews of this book. The issue I have is that it is really hard to read on my sons kindle fire 7 because it shows 2 tiny pages of the book at the same time. It is like trying to read a kids book with pages the size of drink coasters.
