While I like most of Cussler's books, the majority of his oregon file books take a different tone than his other works of literature.

The Oregon File books highlight military strategy and planning to "take out the bad guys" and most of Cussler's other novels have some sort of "treasure" the protagonists are searching for. Cussler attempted to combine these two elements and failed.

I would recommend all of his Cussler's Oregon Files books, they're all pretty good with the exception of Corsair.

Clive Cussler out did himself with Corsair. It is a fast moving riveting tale which covers not only current issues, but leaves you with a surprise ending for an old question! I've read every book he has written that I can find, and this is one of his best in my opinion!

As always, Clive Cussler takes the reader on a great adventure. He writes with the smooth, quick, style of one eager to share his adventurous mind with others. Corsair, set in the middle east, is another in his long line of fun reads. It won't be long until you know you'll be reading more about Captain Juan Cabrillo.

Another great read by Clive Cussler!

Keeps you on the edge of your chair as most of the Oregon Series of his stories will.

Action Packed, intrigue,a tale that today's worlds violence filled world of terror. Can the find a way to actually bring Peace to the Middle East?

Best thing about Cussler is the mechanics he invents. Each novel had great intrigue concerning how marvelous inventions will appear. He saves the Secretary of State from evil villans and creates a ship to boggle the mind. A smashing adventure.

Once again, Juan Cabrillo and the Corporation embark on a wild adventure. Was very hard to put down. As always, the storyline keeps you wondering. About 3/4 of the way through, I thought I had it figured. Boy was I wrong. Recommend to any Corporation fans!
