Large Print, Life Application Study Bible NLT

Bible was absolutely gorgeous. Gave it as a gift, only to learn that there is a missing broken page after I gave it to the intended owner. Unable to return, it was given as a gift to someone who is already outside of the country. I wish I could have gotten a non-defective item for the amount of money paid. Will add photo later on, if I can get one.

I have never before been disappointed in anything I have ordered from the store but I am disappointed in my Bible and I am returning it. It was advertised as "leather" but it is not leather. It is listed on the box and on the inside page as Leatherlike, which is not acceptable at all. I only gave it one star and that was for the quick delivery. If you actually have the same Bible with a leather cover, I would love that one.

The large print is good. The Life Application Study notes are excellent. However, I am giving two stars for this Bible because it is bulky and heavy. When kept on the book shelf, the leather (leather-like) covers and the corners of the pages on both ends of the Bible bend due to its weight. I fear that the binding might come off if I don't keep it shelved tightly between books after every usage. I recommend a regular Life Application Bible. Never this one, if you are a daily user.

This is my second Life Application Bible. (I wore the other one out.) This is a great "go to" resource for Bible study/discussions. Do you have any suggestions about where I might find a Bible cover? The thickness of this Bible makes it difficult to find a fit. Thanks so much.

This Bible was advertised as LEATHER. It is not. The front of the box described the cover as "Leather-Like." I purchased it as a gift & was disappointed that is was not real Leather. I am going to give the store the benefit of the doubt and conclude that the description was a mistake instead of false advertising. Overall, it's a nice Bible & my friend seemed to genuinely love it.

Absolutely love the Tyndale Life Application Study Bible. I bought three of these for my wife, daughter and daughter in law. Also two more in black leather for my son and don in law.
