Guy, your book disappointed me.. Going on a 2 month road trip.... I guess I'll just have to use the other guy's website - for free, www.roadfood.com It gives me what I wanted and thought I would get from you in this book, a state by state listing of wonderful places to eat - with reviews that are fun, and entertaining. I like your show, but this book is not at all what it should be - unless I want a few recipes, and to get to know your car and crew.

This book met my expectations. I was hoping to get some recipes and some stories, and this book has both. Guy Fieri has a sense to humor, of course, and this adds to the enjoyment of the book. I am looking forward to his second book.

This is a cookbook for any lover of fun recipes - If you watch the show you will want this book - It has alot of good & easy recipes - I wish I could visit the locations in person - but this is the next best thing
The unofficial guide to the new Google Drive - Sheets & Slides :: Why We Drive the Way We Do (and What It Says About Us) :: Ouran High School Host Club, Vol. 11 :: Dragon Bones: A Red Princess Mystery :: An All-American Road Trip . . . with Recipes! - Diners

I had such great expectations for this book. I thought it was going to be a culmination of restaurants that have been on the show, with recipes. I live in the midwest and there weren't that many featured restaurants around me. A lot of the reatured restaurants didn't give out their recipes... or it was only half of the recipe. I wouldn't recommend the book. :(

Love the book. Purchased one for myself and one for a gift. I plan on taking it with us on a trip we have planned. The gift was a big hit. He likes to go to the places in the book whenever possible. I am anxious to try some of the recipes.

This book was great. You see the wonderful foods and menus on the show, and think wow that looks good but I live here and not anywhere close. I would love to try it. Now you can. With a little imagination and spiked hair and those white sunglasses it can be made at home. I know it always tastes better when someone else has to do the dishes but this is great. Try it and see for yourself.

This series of books is always interesting to read. It has been a few years since Vol. 2, so I was disappointed that the restaurants visited seem to be from that time period rather than the more recent visits featured on the T.V show. All in all, I think Guy's fans are die-hard and will enjoy this book no matter what.
