I absolutely loved this book! Where can I find me a Jack?!! The love between Sierra and Jack is so perfect, intense and man do they bring the heat! This book has it all! This was such a great read! I highly recommend this book, you will not be disappointed!

Yet again another great story from Piper Sullivan. Loved both Jack and Sierra, well developed characters and storyline. The only negative I could comment on is that, just because Jack is ex military this does not make this a military romance.

I received this book for a review. Sierra and Jack’s story is an amazing journey of how love is shown many times before words are ever spoken. The tension between these two characters leads to steamy encounters and surprises. It is definitely worth staying up past your bedtime to read this one all at once.

I absolutely loved this book. It had heart wrenching love that Sierra had long held for Jack. It only took a small leprechaun outfit for him to notice her. I cried when she told him she could make it on her own. I'll read and reread this book. Ms. Sullivan hit one out of the park. Spicy and hot sex.

I voluntarily read this book through an Advanced Reader Copy. Jack left his small town of Lucky Flats to join the Army and is back, looking for his own land ten years later. Sierra is the little sister of Jack's best friend, enamored by Jack her entire life. Her family ranch, sold when she became orphaned is back up for sale so she put in a bid. She owns the local bar. Both of them called in to real estate office since both put in offers. They decide to purchase together and share house. Both are adults and have separate rooms, which was working until Jack sees Sierra in her Halloween costume, which causes him to think with his cock rather than brain...so now they are partners with benefits. Sierra is still in love with him but sees that Jack just wants to have sex and no other commitments. No spoilers on the story, but she becomes pregnant, moves back over bar and ignores Jack, saying she will take care of her baby and leave Jack out of equation, Can they work out their happily ever after or are they doomed to live their lives separately...

I received this as an ARC & the opinion expressed is my own. Sierra & Jack start off having a friends with benefits relationship (she’s been pining for him for years), but in the end when Sierra needs him most, will Jack be able to open up emotionally and show her what’s in his heart?

I really enjoyed reading this book. I liked the storyline. It was full of fun and love. I liked all the characters, but especially Jack and Sierra. I enjoyed following their relationship and seeing where they would end up. I voluntarily reviewed an Advanced Reader Copy of this book.

This is another great story by Piper Sullivan. Jack and Sierra , their chemistry is through the roof and their partnership in the ranch can change things for them. These two are perfect for eachother, but can they see it? It is a fun, short sexy read. I voluntarily reviewed an arc.

This is a very enjoyable read! The characters, Sierra and Jack, are made for each other. This was a well written and fast read! I enjoyed the story-line of the book. The book is romantic, fun and sexy.

I received this book for a voluntary, completely honest and non incentivized review. This is a sweet, short story about a girl who was head over heels in love with her best friend's older brother. Though the storyline isn't new, the journey to get to the HEA was sexy and sweet.

I really enjoyed this book. The Love story between Jack and Sierra was a great love story. Fast read and a page turner I could not put this book down until the last page. Stayed up late to finish it. Great Great Story by Piper she knocked it out of the park.

Jack and Sierra have known each other since they were young and when Sierra family died in an accident and she went to live with Jack family. Sierra always had a huge crush on Jack, and was forever leaving him little notes and baking him his favorite cookies. Even when Jack was in the army for ten years, Sierra wrote to Jack once a month, telling him about what was happening in her life and what his family was doing and in doing so Sierra helped Jack get through his army time and Jack falling in love with Sierra, even though he didn't realize it. Now back home from his time in the service, Sierra is owner of the local bar and Jack is at lose of money and wanting to own a ranch of his own. Sierra also wanted her own ranch and when her family ranch comes up for sell she put in a bid, only to find out Jack also put a bid on it. Both decided to become partners, Sierra only wanted to live in the house and has little time to just put in some vegetables and herbs, while Jack wants the ranch to be a functional ranch, but they both want to keep their relationship strictly business, even though they are attracted to each other. With the both of them spending so much time together it was getting harder to stay professional.
Love this romantic, sexy, love story, with two characters that are perfect for each other, and with each scene the author writes, you read how much Jack and Sierra really love each other.

The great storyline pulled me right in from the very beginning and the characters were so well defined that I felt like I was sitting in a room watching Jake and Sierra's story unfold! I loved it. This was a quick, sweet & sexy read. It's always great when the girl gets the guy she's always wanted, but never thought she could have. He's thrilled with a life he didn't know he wanted.

Sierra Carmichael, childhood friend, bar owner, rancher, independent, strong, lifeline to most. Jack Winchester, childhood friend, Ranger, rancher, independent, confident, clinging to the lifeline. Sierra knew from a young age that she loved Jack. It took Jack a while to figure out that he loved Sierra. They had a ton of things to work out and it sometimes felt impossible. Absolutely loved this book. It was an old fashioned love story with a whole lot of raunch! I was hooked from the first chapter and couldn't put it down. I was rooting for Sierra and her BlackJack the whole way through. Make sure that you have tissues and your significant other or a good supply of batteries for BOB cause this book will make you laugh, get a little teary and most definitely a lot horny! My favorite so far by this author. There was just something about Jack and Sierra that made their story amazing. I loved every minute of reading this book. It’s also a pretty quick read but has all the good stuff in it to make it work and not feel as though it was rushed. Again, a great read that I’d definitely recommend!

Piper always writes amazing books, i love how she includes small details and thoughts of characters and their lives. She even makes sure that the supporting characters have presents and make sense. What happens when you are perfect for each other but he doesn't realize what that means? If you enjoy strong, no nonsense characters that you can't help but root for AND a funny, sexy storyline, this is worth a read!

How long before the lust wins out and how successful will they be in keeping it casual especially as they become more entwined in other aspects of their lives. Really good story with a well deserved HEA.
