I've read all of Lori's books. And I would always buy them as soon as they go on sale. However, I'm getting BORED! She started writing series romances...then branched out. However, for once I would like Lori to write an original book that stands on it's own. All these books that she's putting out have characters from previous books and it's GETTING OLD!!! (HUNKY BROTHERS OR COUSINS) I cringe when reading a book that starts talking about the hero's cousin or brother...cause you then know there's the next book in the making. Even the erotic romances for Kensington Brava have tie in characters.

This book was predictible as to who the bad guy was. And much too much filler. This book was around 400 pages and could have been condensed to the size of a series romance.

I hate to say it...but this will be my last purchase new of a Lori Foster book. I'll wait to get a copy at the used book store.

I love this whole series (all the Winston men) but this one takes the cake!! I think it was an amazing ending for the Winston Series and an even better start for the Visitation Series. I look forward to reading the rest of the series .... Definitely a keeper and a strong recommendation to anyone who loves Lori Foster and those "alpha male" characters she writes about so well and that we all love!!

Lori Foster has stolen the stage for my favorite romance writer. She combines suspense, romance and passion equally to create a truly powerful and wonderful tale. I loved Say No to Joe? with its witty humor and rreally well written sexual tension

I'll forego the description, since that's been done. I love Lori Foster's comedic style. She's tops in this genre and always delivers a good read. I loved the secondary characters with this one and the (...) chemistry between free-spirited Luna and confirmed bachelor, hottie Joe. The two teenagers add more flavor to the story. One great read!

I was honestly more interested in the back story about the children and the harrassment from the townspeople than the love story itself. I loved the other installments of this series and this book is important to understand the stories bigger picture and where the other characters are coming from.

What a sexy and fun book to read?! The whole story just perfect Everything mixes so well together, chemistry between Joe and Luna; and them with the kids are just so adorable. The way Joe is playing with Austin and caring for Willow are telling me that he is a true family man. For Luna, she has prove herself that she can be a good mother for her cousins and definitely proof her wrong that she, in fact, can say Yes to Joe!

Even before I got my hands on the book, when it was still in the stages of being ordered, I was waiting impatiently for the book to get to me so that I can read it. Sometimes the book is depicted to be better than it actually is. But in this case, Joe and Luna have great adventures which also shows their affection through their characters. Luna is a strong female character who has managed to evade Joe's charms for so long and her love for the two children she became responsible for is evident. The humour adds more interest of the reader to the book.

Yes to Joe! Yes to Luna! This is a great start to the Visitation series. I read them all, and loved them all. Lori Foster writes the perfect combo of story, real characters, and heat. She writes stories you can feel! Yes to Visitation!

Sexy bad boy Joe Winston avoids commitment at all costs, but still has women lining up to take a tumble in his bed. All except the one woman he wants in his bed. Luna Clark, a psychic assistant, is most definitely attracted to Joe, but she refuses to be just another notch on his well-notched bedpost. Now she's accepted responsibility for two distantly related teenagers, who after their mother died, have no one else. Luna plans to move to the small town where the kids live, but the people of the community are against the kids, so she asks Joe to accompany her to set the interfering townspeople straight.
Joe figures spending a lot of time with Luna will convince her to quit resisting his advances, and he can finally scratch the itch he's had for her since their first meeting.
I hadn't heard of Lori Foster before picking up this book, and I did so based on the description on the back cover. I was expecting a highly entertaining romantic comedy with a description like: "Joe Winston has a routine with women; he exists; they swoon; roll credits." With a back cover that funny, it made since the book would be great. Right? Wrong! I made it to page eighty-seven and couldn't stand to read any more. The characters were one-dimensional caricatures and the writing was awkward. I will admit some of it was funny, but it just wasn't enough to make the story interesting. There was no depth, and by that point in a book, I expect more in-depth characters. Plus, the sexual attraction between Joe and Luna was overdone. All I kept reading was how much he wanted her, and how much she wanted him, he tries to get in her pants, and she just keeps saying no. Over and over and over! I really didn't care what happened to any of the characters. I did skim through to find the first scene where they finally "get together", and even that was rather dull and disappointing. Save yourself the torture and skip this one!

Joe is a ladies man and has no intention of settling down. He took a horrible beating when a man snuck up on him and has been in bed barely able move. Luna is a rare woman in that she repeatedly has told Joe no. She comes to ask for his help when she learns a cousin died leaving two kids behind. The kids have been passed around from relative to relative and are being abandoned once again. Luna has vowed to make a home for them. Joe goes with her and together they are faced with trials and danger. Excellent story with humor, intrigue and love.

You can never go wrong with a Lori Foster book and I am so glad she is reissuing some of her previous titles! This book is the start of a spin off series from the Winston Brothers. It covers their cousin Joe Winston and Luna Clark. Luna has just been informed that 2 young cousins of hers have been orphaned and need a new guardian as other family members keep leaving them. But there has also been trouble surrounding them and she needs help to deal with that. So she asks Joe to help handle the problems that seem to crop up since that is what he is good at. I have to say, I love this book! Joe and Luna together just crack me up, and then you throw in side characters and it just gets better! Joe is tough and thinks he doesn't need (or want) a woman permanently in his life. Until he spends actual time with Luna and realizes exactly what he needs and wants. And then throw in two great kids who need someone there who will love them? It's excellent! Luna is used to everyone leaving. When she finds out about her young cousins she makes the choice that they will not feel like that any longer. She will do whatever she has to to make sure they know they are wanted and taken care of. And the way she does it, even with knowing nothing about kids, is a beautiful thing to read. I am so glad I got the chance to re read this book! Definitely well worth it and made me go back and re read the others in this series!

"Say No To Joe?" is a reissue of a 2003 book. I found Luna and Joe's story highly entertaining and a great read for any romantic.

Joe gets more than he bargained for when he goes with Luna to Visitation N.C. Luna asks Joe to go with her to the small town while she takes guardianship of her two young cousins after the death of their mother. This is where the story picks up speed with mystery, drama, intrigue, romance, and heartwarming fun. Every character plays such an important part in the telling of this story, you won't be able to put it down. It keeps you turning the pages to find Luna and Joe's HEA with the kids.

Lori Foster has a way with words in the descriptions of her characters and the scenes taking place throughout her books that finds the reader engaged into the story. I would like to thank NetGalley and Kensington/Zebra Books for gifting me "Say No To Joe". My opinion is my own. This is mine. 4.75 Stars!

I read this book when it first came out and re-read it again as a reissue because it is so good. Lori Foster has a way with creating her characters and this is one highly engaging book. Luna is a quirky woman who constantly needs to change her hair color. Joe is her opposite as he is the alpha male and a bounty hunter to boot. When the two get together, he gets much more than he bargained for when he agrees to accompany Luna to Visitation whereby she can obtain guardianship of her two cousins after the passing of their mother. However there is mystery afoot….Who wants her out of town and why? This is one storyline that combines a bit of it all from intrigue to suspense and romance thrown into the mix. Can opposites attract? I would tell you but you need to read this book. . I also recommend reading the others in this series.
I volunteered to read a copy provided by Netgalley.

This has been an entertaining surprise, if I do say so, a funny yet thrilling story with a mix of all things exciting such as love, attempted murder, and other hidden mysteries, these gave the story an enticing endearing quality, with an explosive and fiery chemistry between Joe and Luna. Their natural caring and love for the kids made them a star in my book, the lustful romance brewing between these two is electrifying and rather spicy. The situations the kids find themselves in is all due to certain individual's misconception, extreme prejudiced, lies and betrayal along with their misguided views. The characters of this story are wonderful, the storyline is excellent, and Willow and Austin are really cool kids, not forgetting Luna and Joe they make one crazy couple, this has been an absolute fun and gem of a story.

I've just reread this book for the zillionth time! I love it so. Joe is the ultimate flirt and hot to boot, but definitely meets his match in Luna. She fights him and resists him, and its hilarious the whole time. Another great work from Lori Foster.
