the book is amazing. kind of graphic if your not into that sort of book, but I could not put it down. the only thing that disappointed me was the ending, it's too abrupt for the kind of story that the author portrayed

It's not what I thought it would be. It was much better. More than just the frickle-frackle, there was emotion and closure. Free when I bought it, I'd recommend it.
(Yes, I can say sex. I just enjoy saying frickle-frackle more)

I quite enjoyed this. I'm not sure what I was expecting when I purchased this on a whim. I'm glad I did. Yes the sex scenes were awesome but the lead up was realistic even if the ending was less so. Sweet story alround

This is not a book I would recommend. The teenage babysitter is seduced by the father of the kids she is watching, with very descriptive erotic scenes. That's bad enough, but then the wife/mother gets involved in a "three way." I don't intend to read any more books by this author...waste of money, if you buy it. Waste of time if you borrow it.

It was well worth the purchase. I enjoyed reading it and got fully enraptured in it's storyline. it was a very easy read and very erotic at times. I'm definitely going to check out the author's other books.

I got this book just to see if my assumptions about its plot were correct based on the the store description, & they were. Definitely different from the norm. Very sexy, hot & steamy sex scenes, every last one. The only drawbacks, in my opinion, was that 1) it did tend to get a little overly descriptive in some places; 2) right when the scene in the tent is about to get going, the story flips back & forth to give everyone's POV and you may find yourself screaming "get on with it!" like I did; 3) the ending was pretty much 1 big loose end. You get the feeling that the Sharps will base their final decision on whatever Josie decides to do, but you don't know. Overall, a little weird but not bad.

Not well written at all. I could barely get through it. I only did because I was hoping it would get better and was disappointed. Only WTF moment I had was in the tent and even that was short lived and unbelieveable. I'm glad this book was free.

I never write reviews on books, but this one was frustrated me so much I had to. There are few issues all mention.
#1. The story line doesn't make much sense. This young 18 year old senior decides to spend her spring break being a live in nanny for a family that lives down the street from her. I could understand this concept if the family was taking a lavish vacation, but half of her spring break the kids are still in school and the parents working. So what's the point of this again? Just to have her in their home alone for when the Dad/Husband runs by. Stupid. She even mentions in the book how she found it weird that she moved in with them for two week when her house was just down the street. She stops by her house twice in the matter of two weeks to pick things up and never once saw or spoke to her family.
#2. As mentioned in others comments the book is very very sexual. Over the top for me. I ended up just skimming over many pages because it was just to much. Here's the things. Josie is a inexperienced 18 year old virgin. She's very insucure with her body and her looks (tall, redhead with frizzy hair and freckles.) Yet when she's with Even (the husband/dad) she's all of a sudden a vixen. No boundries, No remorse, No embarassement. It doesn't make an sense and doesn't fit with the character at all.
#3. The spelling/proof reading/editing was horrible. I'm not a stickler about this sort of thing, but when the complete wrong words are written and I had to go back and reread entire paragraphs because they don't make sense, it's very frustrating.
I almost stopped reading this book so many times. There's no romance at all, just dirty sex. You start to feel bad for the wife and then by the end don't at all because she's just as sexual and horny as the other two. (How about those 3 kids in the other tent). Ewwwwww....... I finished reading just so I could give an honest review.

i wish it was made clear what type of book this was to warn readers. There really was very little story in this, more like nanny porn which was off putting. i stopped reading once i figured out what was going on

This was a coming of age story with a real kick. Josie is 18 and babysitting for an attractive power couple, the Sharps. The Sharps have grown apart and are now mostly strangers that pass in the night. When Mr. Sharp becomes attracted to Josie he trys to fight it but when he finds out the feeling is mutual, they cross the employer/employee line in a big way. This story is more than that though, through Josie, the Sharps find their way back to each other and the love they once shared. This is a great book, very entertaining and the sex scenes will steam up your kindle, high recommend!

If I could give this less than one star I would. I thought I was reading child porn. I guess I don't see an 18 yr old high school student as an adult. I surely don't want to read about them masturbating. Couldn't even finish this book. Just felt wrong!

Not what I expected....and definitely not my idea of romance. Infidelity, swingers, illicit sex. I prefer clean romance stories.... Fidelity and love not lust and animalistic behaviour. Trite characters.... Unbelievable and unlikely scenarios.

Not only am I against cheating, especially in a marriage, I detest taking advantage of young innocent people to fulfill sick, perverted fantasies of so called adults. I got confused when, at a point in the story, the girl went from an inexperienced teenager to knowing exactly what she wants, sexually anyway.
I don't think I would recommend this book to anyone.

I love reading romance but this to me was not a romantic story, felt more like I was reading or watching cheap porn. I thought 'oh the guy is gonna fall for the 18 year old' but no instead it turns into a three-sum! It's disgusting how the couple just used her to 'reconnect sexually' gross, what kind of perverts do that! Please, this was a bad book I deleted it from my list. Thank you it was free but a waste of my time! No wonder it was free, it sucked!

Do not download this book. It sucked!!! Do not listen to the glowing reviews, that's how I got tricked! Reading this book is like reading a journal of a horny teenager, I could not finish it! It just a jumble of thoughts.

I debated about whether to include this in my Listmania list of "Quality Taboo Erotica." (http://www.the store.com/lm/R2SFG98MD0Q4A0/) and finally decided against it. I like the premise - a teenage girl babysits for a couple having marital problems and ends up having sex with both, including three-ways. It's the first time the couple have had sex in a long time, and it reminds them how much they love each other. The sex scenes are excellent and the writing is more-than-respectable English, though the author seems to have abandoned proof-reading toward the end.
The problem is that the first half of the book is description that does nothing to advance the story. There's way, way, WAY, too much description of the family and the children and yadaa, yadda, yadda. I skipped or skimmed my way through most of the first half of the book. It wasn't because I was dying to get to the sex scenes - I like buildup. It was because I was waiting for the story to start.
In summary, I give this a "Nice try but no cigar" rating. I'll try something else by this author. Maybe she does better with shorter stories.

Josie is spending her spring break babysitting for the Sharps, a new family in town. While by all outward appearances the Sharps seem to be the perfect family, up close Josie finds herself in the midst of a cold and distant home. Eventually, Josie finds herself in a difficult situation when she comes between husband and wife.
Family Care lived up to my expectations from this author. The story was steamy, hot, and definitely sexy. The author has such a talent for words. Her writing is vivid and descriptive. She is able to get inside the heads of her characters and she does such a great job of bringing life to her characters.
Family Care is the longest story the author has out to date, and as a result, it is more in depth and more developed than the others. I really enjoyed Family Care and am looking forward to more from Jessa Callaver.

there is a sweetness to this story that is a perfect counterpoint to the hotness. i think it the sweet comes from the guy. the wrapper around the lead players is work family and well life. builds nicely to way cool passionate scenes.

I wasnt ready for this book! It is so hot! There were sections so tense I had to pause and take deep breaths before continuing. Jessa Callaver wrote a story that would excite any romance novel fan. There is a likeable, real protagonist, a sexy, flawed, love interest, suspense, intrigue and a whole lot of tension which makes for a juicy read! So, why are you still reading this review? Go get it already!

The story is interesting, but clearly has not been properly proofed. Incorrect choice between homonyms and near-synonyms produces a plethora of errors that distract from the author's ideas. Oviously the author is relying too much on Spell-Check to make up her own deficits, and she could not or would not find a proper editor to assist her. I would be ashamed to have this appear under my name.

I'm all for sexual freedom between married couples but this plot is too much. Yes, grammar n plot is interesting but when it involve s a storyline that basically tells young girls that it's ok to to sleep with married men just because they have a few issues with their marriage, that's where I draw d line. We need to understand that our children read these books n learn from them, n this teaches them that's it's ok to commit adultery, then sleep with d wife of the man in a threesome too...all after d fact that the young girl was a virgin. It's just my opinion, but really, wouldn't want my daughters
Or other girls getting used to ideas like this. It's time our writings show what we want our generation s to learn.
However, if the issues r not of concern to u...It's an ok book.

Easy read for sure. Perfect for a rainy Saturday or Sunday morning drinking coffee. :) well at least that's what I did. Besides...it's free. It doesn't get better than free people. Have a great sexy morning. :)

Family Care is longer than Jessa's other stories and that probably accounts for the flaws. A few little gaps and a bit of over-explaining and a few times where we have to push our suspension of disbelief, but all in all a nice (sexy) story. You'll never look at your babysitter quite the same way again!

Josie Farris offers to spend her last break before she graduates high school and heads off to college baby-sitting for the three Sharp children.
Evan and Cilia Sharp are both high-powered attorneys who are experiencing a rift in their personal relationship.
Josie becomes a balm for Evan, as he tries to navigate through the hurt he feels at the distance that has grown between his wife and himself in the past year.
At the end of her time with the Sharps, they will all have changed.
My expectations that something 'naughty' would happen with the baby-sitter kept me turning the pages, and although that little bit of naughtiness was a slight turn on, I wouldn't say that it was enough to save the rest of a prettyho-hum story and to leave me with a feeling of 'Wow! Am I glad I read that book!' kind of feeling.
