The life story of Ravi Zacharias had my attention from the first page. The way God has worked in his life brought me to a new realization of the greatness of God. This book reminds all of us that God only requires a person's submition to His will, and with that nothing is impossible with God!

I have always enjoyed and learned so much from listening to Ravi Zacharias. Having read his autobiography has enhanced and enlightened his way and reason for his calling and effectiveness as an appolagist

Ravi Zacharias is excellent as always. The openness about his own thoughts and the happenings in his family were great. Usually I do not read autobiographies but this one kept me reading every line and taught me a great deal about following God's plan for my life.

I have heard Ravi in person and am very interested in how he grew up, etc. This book is wonderful and hate to put it down. A great read for anyone interested in knowing more of the man, Ravi Zacharius.

Truly a courageous autobiography, which does not neglect painful and negative experiences, and clearly demonstrates the power of God to shape a life which has inspired and instructed thousands, helping them to find God and walk with Him. His relentless logic in pursuit of truth is a blueprint for a purposeful life well lived.

Wonderfully written autobiography of a man God has moulded and used to advance the Kingdom. The story of his life has really challenged me in living my life to God and ministering to the poor and needy. His writing style is very engaging, and his recounting of the events in his life will make you stop and think about how God is using you for His purposes.

I love Ravi Zacharias' storytelling here, as he makes India come alive with sounds, sights, smells, etc. A well-told story of his life. as it bridges the two part of the world which I also feel myself a part of.

Razi is a very good speaker, wrighter, evangelist. This book gives new insight to where he grew up, how it created him to be the man he is now and how the Creator God is using him to glorify Himself through Ravi.

The inspiring story of my favorite evangelical apologist, raised from a hard-scrabble beginning to become the premier Christian speaker of today. His life makes clear that God works daily in the world around us.

Lovely book from Dr. Zacharias, I am still reading it. I am taking my time going thru this book. I like the way he discloses his roots in India, his hometown, his people's traditions and, over all, the way Eastern culture thinks. So, not only we learn how the life of Dr. Zacharias was shaped in India but also to understand more how Eastern Culture responds to today's challenges.

Ravi Zacharias is an outstanding individual and a true man of God. His story is fascinating and I enjoyed reading about his journey.
His humble beginnings and honesty throughout are admirable and courageous. A very good insight into a remarkable life.

A wonderful journey from darkness to light, from ignorance to the knowledge of God. From East to West is the description of what God wants to do in your life and mine, if we can listen. I highly recommend this book.

I really enjoyed reading this book. Ravi really bared his soul sharing his life story regarding his early years in India and family life. I enjoyed learning more about the customs and society of India.
