I enjoyed learning Tia's struggle with her health and how her love for food help heal her body. I'm enjoying reading this book because of the recipe as well. I have been recently diagnosed with Gastroparesis and I need to learn how to make some tasty recipes, but this book,will be more for my family and not me. I would have preferred her to give us a little more of the non meat recipes. I am a meat eater, but would like to learn how to cook some foods that are still tasty but without meat. At the same time, all of her recipes look great and I can't wait to try them.

This book is so informative! Thought it was just gonna open like a typical cook book but the way Tia broke down her backstory, meaning behind this book, the power of food and its benefits when done right is excellent. I appreciate her work! Happy to have made this purchase!

am very much into healthy food and eating living and so far i LOVE this book and her take on taking good care of yourself well worth the price too -------shes trying to help us all get healthier and stay that way and the book has some very good pics and good recipes

love love love. only tried a few things from it , however its amazing. Tia distant just have the healthy stuff, but she has food in there , such as fried chicken letting you know that its ok to cheat sometimes.

This book is very well written and informative. I really wanted this book because I'm a fan of Tia and I also have problems eating certain foods, like dairy. However, most of the recipes require ingredients that are expensive or hard to find if you live in smaller towns. I think I'll keep it still to try some of the recipes but with Wal-Mart being the only local grocery store near me, I won't get much use out of this. Also, a lot of the recipes call for Tofu and others call for ingredients that I've never even heard of before.

Absolutely LOVE this book. I completely and wholeheartedly recommend this to everyone to read, especially women because the book seems to be more tailored to us. The book has great advice, honest stories, pretty pictures, nutritious and delicious recipes. I love that the author shares the science behind the food and her recommendations. Buy this book! You won't regret it.

Hey, hey, hey!!! I have been waiting on this cookbook since watching her cooking show! I tried a lot of recipes from her cooking show and they all turned out well.
When I purchased this book I really only thought that this was going to be a recipe book. But y'all it is sooooo much more. Tia tells about her life experiences and she explains how she migrated to this healthy way of living and why. She has truly done her research and it obvious that her goal was to make sure to educate her readers on a healthy way of living. She talks about the good and bad of foods and helps you to understand what is really beneficial to your body. I will say she kind of gave me a wake up call about factory meat. She talks about whole plant food, high quality protein, sea veggies and more. She also introduced me to fermented foods and the health benefits. She has included a health assessment and a 10-Day meal plan that incorporates left overs! She also explains what you make experience while changing eating habits. In the section, "Doing It" she talks about shopping to succeed, planning, feeding kids and eating healthy while traveling.
There are 100 recipes in the book if I'm not mistaken and they all range from easy to medium as for difficulty. I feel that the recipes don't call for a lot of ingredients and there aren't many inaccessible ingredients. I went thru and made a list of 22 recipes that I want to try asap. But most of the recipes look appealing. She has pictures for most of the recipes and flipping thru the book made me say yum.
Overall, this is a great book to introduce people to a healthy way of living.

Such a beautiful cookbook. The introduction is very educational and helped me understand why clean eating is so important. Some cool books like this, you need a lot of strange ingredients but not this one! If you already buy clean/whole ingredients, most of the recipes should be easy for you to make. There are also shopping lists included if you are a newbie, as well as directions to do a weekly cleanse.
This is a book I got from the library, and I'm glad because a lot of these recipes use meat. I eat meat but prefer not to. I won't be buying this book for that reason. Everything looks delicious! Try it!

I'm a Juice Plus+ distributor educating others about healthy eating and my daughter gave me this book. I haven't tried any recipes as yet but will soon. The information is very informative in the beginning of the book and I will use it to educate others. The recipes look easy and good.
