This cookbook has wonderful recipes that your whole family will love! They are easy to follow and taste great!
If you are looking for a more detailed book about what OAMC is all about though I would do some research elsewhere. This book has great recipes but isn't detailed with grocery lists like other books are.
They do have an awesome system of how to increase servings though and I highly recommend these recipes!

This is my absolute favorite freezer cookbook. The recipes are delicious and my kids eat many of them. I couldn't be happier. I refer to it all the time when I mention freezer cookbooks on my blog. LOVE IT!

I love this book! Great, easy to follow recipes and so perfect for meals on those nights you just don't feel like preparing a meal! Perfect for taking a meal to a sick friend, one who's had a baby, etc. I have to say that my husband isn't picky at all and he disliked a couple of the recipes, so try them out before you take one to a friend to see what you like! I love the way they let me know exactly how to prepare the meal prior to freezing it--that made it even more simple to do! THANKS!

This book is excellent. There are many ideas for frozen meals that do not involve mushroom soup or casserole dishes, and the author lays out various methods for freezing food that result in maximum efficiency and ease of preparation when you finally decide to eat them! I have found the first chapter of this book very helpful no matter what recipe you decide to use, hers or others from other sources. A worthwhile purchase.

I have a deployed spouse and two young children. I love this book. I can cook whenever I get a chance and then freeze into small portions. I would recommend a cooking co-op with friends. Double or triple the batch and then do a meal swap. For instance if I had three friends and tripled the recipe then we swap and now I have three different meals from the one that I made. This also has a great section for appetizers if your hosting a party, a section for drinks you can make ahead such as frozen punches, teas etc. It is worth any price!!!!

This cookbook is great! The recipes use ingredients you probably have sitting in your pantry right this minute. The font is clear and easy to read. Every recipe I have made has turned out great. I especially love the detailed instructions for going about freezing the meals, then preparing the meal from the freezer.

My only complaint is the cheap binding that the book has. The spine cracked the first time I opened it to use a recipe, lying partially flat on my counter. Now, two weeks later, pages are already falling out. I'm planning on taking it to my local copy center to see if they can spiral bind the entire book. Otherwise, I'll 3-hole punch it and use a binder.

Perhaps for the next edition they should consider a spiral binding.

I just bought this book .In reading through the recipes look wonderful because I am a widow and cook for one.Why are the ingredients printed so small? I can hardly see them so that is why I only it 4 stars.

Too many of the recipes included were for marinated chicken. Freeze raw chicken & then make a sauce or prep all the other ingredients when cooking. As a part of a group that cooks freezer meals monthly, I was looking for a cookbook that included frozen entrees that could be shared with folks that need a meal. These recipes are not for complete meals.

This book is filled with wonderful recipes. every one has been a success! We use them to make recipes, then swap them as a group (each of us makes 5-6 dinners of 1 recipe, swaps and comes home with 5-6 different recipes).

I love the recipes in this book. Even though there are a few lower calorie options on a couple of the recipes, most of the recipes are pretty high calorie. I also wish there were guides for shopping such as lists and dinners with similar ingredients--in other words, more comprehensive "freezer meal" methods.

This book will help anyone who has limited time through the week, or just wants to plan ahead for those times when you just need something quick for dinner. There are some simple recipes as well as some more detailed ones. With a little practice, you could plan your meals and have them all ready to go in no time.

I am pregnant and searching for make ahead meals that can be quickly reheated once the baby arrives and I need food fast. While the recipes in here looked appealing initially, I found very few that I would consider given the amount of work needed on serving day. Most chicken recipes require another 30-45 minutes of cooking. Also, most meals are expected to be frozen in bulk and I really need 2 portion serving solutions. I purchased on Kindle, so didn't get a chance to browse sufficiently in advance. My fault, but was fully expecting faster solutions given the explanations and reviews.

This book gives options of making larger batches if you wish to do so. This makes a wonderful way to help out someone who is at home ill, just had a baby, etc.....
It is also helpful on those nights when the kids have practice, the other one has a hockey game, everything is rush, rush, rush. You can relax because you can pull out any of these freezer meals and feed your family.
I suggest trying the smaller batch first. If it's a favorite, then double, triple, etc.
If you know you have a potluck coming up, make one of your favorites and mark the container "Save for Potluck". The day of the event, you can sit back and relax.

I love this book. There are like over fifty freezer recipes on here. We used 4 so far, and after coming out of the freezer they were perfect. There's a wide variety of things to cook too. Over all- an awesome book.

This is an amazing book. I have already fixed about 15 of the meals and packed my
Freezer. Have cooked 3 or 4 of them and they are delicious. I would definitely
Recommend this book and would suggest following all recipes exact for the first time and
Then changing and making them your own. Big kudos to the 3 ladies that put
This book together. Thank you!

In some ways, this delivered on what I expected, but I haven't used it much yet. You have to mix and match the entrees and sides, which is fine, but most of the sides seem very unhealthy. There are veggies, but everything is in a casserole with lots of sour cream and creamy soup or smothered in cheese/butter. I'm sure it's super tasty, but I really hoped there would be more healthy or fresh veggie options. I suppose that's not to hard tp dp without recipes though.

Good recipes and ideas. But nothing earth-shattering. You could probably just look thru your normal recipe book or family's favorite meals and come up with a better list of ideas than paying $10 for.

Better than any additional publications. I had hoped for more side dishes and meal recommendations. I will certainly use about 20 of the recipes, but if you are a confident off the cuff cook, the book won't fit into a 5 star rating. If you are a novice, you will find it easy and helpful.

Bought it on recommendation from a friend. The recipes are basic but tasty. The tips on how/what to store in the freezer, and then make it edible again are even more worth the money than the book! I would definitely recommend it for learning to cook ahead (and saving time and money!!!). Lots of cookbooks come in and out of my kitchen, this one I've used from week 1 and expect it to stay for a long time.

There are some good recipes and there are some questionable recipes. One recipe was a glorified marinade. For the price of buying all of the ingredients for the marinade, I can buy a bottled marinade or make my own recipe much cheaper. I would definite follow the author's advice and prepare these meals in a group. Some can take a long time to prepare by yourself. The book is a little contradictory. In one statement, the author says buy chicken in bulk when it is on sale to save money, but in some of the recipes you are buying expensive items that you only need a tablespoon of. I wouldn't purchase this book again. This book doesn't add anything to the meals I already freeze.
