As far as demons go, Catch is outstanding! The rest of the cast of misfits in this book are so entertaining that it's hard to put the book down. The voices in Christopher Moore's head are way more entertaining than mine!

I really enjoyed Practical Demonkeeping. The narrative was humorous--even laugh out loud funny in points. There were a few low points, and the climax got a bit overly complicated, I thought. But in general, it was a very enjoyable, funny read and I intend to read more books in this series.

Lighthearted and funny! Practically believe able is what this book should be called. Pine Cove is the perfect setting...typical small town....characters are just as I imagined. I absolutely loved this book!

Christopher Moore is a sick twisted dangerous man who should be locked up for his own safety. Locked up with a word processor. Read his books. Give them to your friends. Get new friends, buy more books.

This book has great character development and interesting story line. It describes events in humorous and yet ponderous ways. Some crude language, and use of F word. It was written with deeper meaning and background than many might suspect. For more info see the ancient "Testament of Solomon."

A silly little book with witty humor throughout. Ends up being like the mad, crazy dash to save the day like you might find in a movie. Is this amazing writing? No, but it is a fun and easy read, great for a lazy Saturday sitting by the pool. I believe Moore uses the town of Pine Cove (the book's setting) in numerous novels and many of the townsfolk make appearances across the different titles.

I will probably read another of his books.

Moore is a master at character development. It does not take long to either love or despise each one. Even the smallest of characters comes to life in a way that causes the reader to feel as though he/she was a personal friend.
