Becoming More Than a Good Bible Study Girl Participant's Guide

Excellent book. My only suggestion is that if you are doing it with a group get a regular copy because the kindle version doesn't have page numbers with older kindles/kindle apps. Great life changing book.

I really enjoyed the book and the participant's guide is really nothing more than excerpts from the book and goes along with the video. I wasn't really fond of the layout of the participant's guide; I didn't really feel the personal and discussion questions were really in line with the actual book. Had I known this, i would have just watched the video with my Bible study group and foregone the Participants book. Not that it was bad, just not what I was expecting.

I' finding this guide very hard to follow. My group is not using the video program. It would be better if there were two separate study programs, one for those using the video, and one for those not using the video. My group leader is having to create her own study guide to make it easier to study without the video.

This guide book, which goes along with the DVD and/or book "Becoming More Than a Good Bible Study Girl," is very helpful in getting your thoughts on paper. It is practical, and helps remind us how to focus on God's love even on those days when we feel out of control.

This book has been amazing encouragement and teaching for me. Its easy, fun, reading, but deep and rich. One of my favorite things she talks about is "Imperfect progress" so many times we get hopeless to change our bad habits or responses but when you look at it with this perspective its encouraging. THIS book was so good i bought a second copy to send to a friend who lives overseas and i bought the devotional!!!!!!!!!!

I am really liking this book. Getting ready to teach a small group class and I am confident that this book and its contents are really going to be enjoyed by everyone. Very good information and lots of wonderful ideas.

Lysa TerKeurst knows how to get your attention. I am still learning from this book. I enjoyed it and was inspired by it that I am helping other women grasp the same lessons and freedom from raw emotions. We are currently reading and attending the DVD study over this book. We are not disappointed and neither will you if you choose to read this book or to attend a study. Looking at another opportunity for a study in January 2013.
