Just think that sections for individuals and groups need to be segregated more definitively. Let readers go into group-related content when they want to, instead of making them go through tons of redundant content just to find a couple of relevant paragraphs.

Saw the Ted talk from Simon Sinek and was intrigued by the concept. I bought the book and halfway through realized you need a friend who is willing to devote 4 hours and learn your most intimate stories in order to complete the process. They recommend no family members and tell you that you're not able to discover your 'Why' on your own. 'Never works!'. I assume this is a lead in to their coaching services which are available on their website. That's when I put the book down and abandoned the concept. Disappointing.

Nowadays more people, leaders and businesses understand the power of Simon Sinek’s famous sentence from his popular TED talk, “People don’t buy what you do, they buy why you do it.”, but they need help in discovering what their WHY is. “Find Your Why” offers a simple and practical guide by asking the right questions to what sometimes feels like such a complex idea.

As big believers in the importance of businesses, communities and people putting an emphasis on defining and then communicating their purpose, we found Simon Sinek’s follow-up book to "Start With Why”, a wonderful tool for us to help our clients, students, friends and ourselves discover and articulate who we are and why we exist. This content inspires, offers clarity and can bring fulfilment to both the brand’s team and the brand’s customers alike.

We are visual storytellers running a brand agency which helps large companies, small startups and entrepreneurs tell their unique story by ALWAYS starting with WHY. We cannot start a project that deals with telling the essence of a person or a product without knowing what they stand for. We have already facilitated a number of workshops based on this book to a few clients and entrepreneurial leaders who have ended up with a WHY that is both clear and actionable.

The must-have book acts as a guide for businesses and organizations in achieving long term success, hiring people who believe in what they believe in and in communicating what’s special about that them. In addition, this book lays out a step-by-step, easy-to-follow workshop that essentially brings teams together, helps them feel heard by getting personal and overall inspires the people taking part, who in turn can inspire those around them (because inspiration is contagious).

Stories, values and purpose matter, and the meaning behind a company’s existence along with the stories of why their people come to work there day in and day out, are important to know just as much as what the product does and how it works.

Thanks to the "Start With Why" team for yet another tool that is both inspirational and super practical.

I had high hopes for this book after being disappointed with the author's previous book, 'Start with Why' which I thought was long and repetitive. I actually wish I hadn't read 'Start with Why' as 'Find Your Why' had a snazzy summary chapter of the whole previous book that explained everything easily. I liked it more as it then went on to explain the process to discovering your WHY. I found that it tried to be a book for individuals and companies which actually made it a bit confusing and muddled. Also the appendix with the FAQs should be brought into the book, near the start as that would counter some questions and arguments early on. Thought it was OK, didn't love it.

I am a business consultant that helps small businesses build their vision and strategy for short, medium and long-term success. I utilized Find Your Why in creating some of my delivery methods for working with my clients. Thank you Simon.

Bought 10 copies of the Kindle version as gifts - only later found out that the Kindle version is not available for European Kindle accounts :-( What is wrong with you people, internet is supposed to create a global marketplace?
