Absolutely the best series of books I have ever read! Looking forward to more! It you are looking for something new to read, this is it! Lighthearted and funny...Beware, you won't be able to put it down so allot your reading time accordingly.

Ok, This is not the greatest book ever written. However, after reading the first one, I got all the rest, I downloaded the ebook, got the collection in which Kevin Hearne had a short story about Atticus (and don't forget Oberon) and have given the first book to two other people to read. It is a great, fun read. Get them all!

Novellas usually come off unfinished and unsatisfying. Not so here. Please write more Kevin! The Iron Druid is a fabulous character - though somewhat tame for a real Celt - still he has had to grow with the times!
Tricked: The Iron Druid Chronicles, Book Four :: Hunted (Iron Druid Chronicles) :: Hexed: The Iron Druid Chronicles, Book Two :: Book Three - Hammered (with bonus short story) - The Iron Druid Chronicles :: Trapped: The Iron Druid Chronicles, Book Five

Kevin Hearne was a new discovery by our family using audible. These books are great! If you haven't tried them on audible I Highly recommend you do. Not only are the stories amazing but the performer who reads them will have you laughing till you have tears in your eyes. Reading Kevin Hearne's books or listening to them, they are the best out there!
Sincerely....

Everyone who reads series is always chomping at the bit for the next edition to the stories we love. The Novellas that Hearne has thrown in provide a great means for us to satiate our lusts for the next books, while also giving us more background on our most beloved druid Atticus. This one in particular was lights out great.

I really like Kevin Hearne's Iron Druid Chronicles. After reading the entire A Song of Ice and Fire and The Wheel of Time series I wanted something a bit lighter. Hearne's Iron Druid Chronicles is a refreshing and enjoyable change.

For a 2000 year old, Atticus sure has trouble with confrontation. He is constantly caught off guard, finds himself without contact to the earth during battles, and consistently runs out of stored magic resulting in some kind of severe injury. I'm ready for some Varie-tea.

This novella was classic Hearne. Atticus fights an evil Egyptian sorcerer and saves the day. I laughed and was glued to my iPad like a crocodile on a death-roll. I recommend for a quick weekend read or a roadtrip read. Can't wait until the next book!

Yet another amazing work from this author. Few books come out where I get a rush and a little nerd high from knowing I have something amazing to read today, and Hearne is absolutely one of them. Wish I could meet this man in person. Great read! I've been hoping for awhile he would include the Egyptian gods at some point, and he sure did oblige :)

As always, almost more than fun humans deserve to have. Hearne has a good and consistent narrative voice throughout this series. Cheeky humor, but since it's a prequel to the rest, I missed Granuaile; have grown fond of her ....
