Wicked Deeds on a Winter's Night (Immortals After Dark)
Wicked Deeds on a Winter's Night (Immortals After Dark)

Review:This is Bowen and Mari's story and they were hilarious to read about. They are on The Hie each for their own reasons when they encounter each other and Bowen thinks Mari has cast a spell on him that is making him want her because he thinks his only mate died a couple hundred years ago.

This one has a bit of everything passion, magic, adventure, wickedness, and I love the mix of witch and werewolf. The characters are strong and work good together and although I had a love/hate relationship... Read more

Lachlan (Immortal Highlander Book 1) - A Scottish Time Travel Romance
Lachlan (Immortal Highlander Book 1) - A Scottish Time Travel Romance

Review:I enjoyed the story and the characters. There are many intriguing characters and you are not sure what to make of all of them.

You really feel the connection between Kinley and Laclhan from the beginning. They both are scarred by their pasts. Their feelings for each other give them hope for a better future.

This is the first book in the series and left me eager to read the next one to see what is next for all the characters.

I am voluntarily reviewing a copy I received. Read more

Wicked Abyss (Immortals After Dark)
Wicked Abyss (Immortals After Dark)

Review:Wicked Abyss was delicious, tricky, sexy, fun, and full of the danger and violence we come to know, and yes, love with Miss Cole's IAD series! Every book in the series is one of a kind yet Miss Cole NEVER changes her writing style with these books. You can always expect some hate to love relationships from her characters and always expect some serious sizzling, crackling, passionate tension. This book was hold-my-breath, never-ending-excitement, can't-get-enough-of story that was smart, violent,... Read more

The Surprise

Review:The excerpt grabs my attention immediately. I love Alice Ward’s stories. This one is no exception. The chemistry between the 2 main characters is so vivid you can fell it. Even the minor characters are fun and engaging. I highly recommend this book.

If You Dare (The MacCarrick Brothers Book 1)
If You Dare (The MacCarrick Brothers Book 1)

Review:I read this series backwards and I'm glad I did that because the third in the series is just charming but if I'd started with this one I'd have never gotten to the third. This book irritated me to no end.

(Spoilerish) The heroine hates, and I mean hates, the hero for the entire first half of the book. Not just pretends to hate him while secretly desiring him but hates him all the way to the bone. It is really hard to enjoy a book when for the first 180 pages the lead character is spitt... Read more

Day Zero (The Arcana Chronicles) (Volume 4)
Day Zero (The Arcana Chronicles) (Volume 4)

Review:I loved getting to know the other players. In a way, it's kind of heartbreaking knowing most of them are still in this battle and will probably not make it out. To you Kresley, I say, if Jackson is not the hidden card... A lot of us will be disappointed. Read more
