Review:I enjoyed this argeneau novel more than I did most of the others. This one how lot of action it didn't just do all the Roman and mushy stuff it had a great fly a good plot head action it had Romance it was kind of quirky at times I really enjoyed it. I hope that she stays on this track in the future. Read more
Review:Lynsay does it again with another awesome book.
She makes up such great characters and there is such a good story line it just flows through the entire book.
The only problem with her books are they end so fast it seems. Read more
Review:This is the first book I have read by this author. I will not be reading any more.
I didn't like any of these characters except the female lead until the end when even she lost me. These immortal people don't like mortals. Why would they when they can control them completely. They are just there to serve them. And they do control them like cattle that do there bidding. The author tries to make them seem like they are not bad people but lets face it. When you can control people as much as ... Read more
Review:I have been reading Lynsay Sands books for quite some time. I read them because they are fun. This one is not fun. I'm not sure where the "humour" is that other reviewers mention, it certainly wasn't the "ball busting" scene. There seemed to be no real connection between the two main characters and neither of them appeared terribly intelligent, given the situation. I do not like dark, gory stories and if we do not get a quick end to this grisly no-fangers storyline, I'll be done with the Ar... Read more
Review:Lynsay Sands knows humor and knows her target audience with her Argeneau Novels. I am not knocking them because I have purchased them all; it is a great escape from reality and the everyday drivel. This story focuses on Justin Bricker and his 'lifemate' Holly. It goes left when it is supposed go right - I liked the ending; it was a bit muddled but it was an overall good read. Bricker provides the laughs normally in these books but it had Anders and another enforcer getting him back. It was grea... Read more
Review:Finally a happily ever after for Bastien. This story is great fun for followers of the series since Bastien finally gets his happily ever after and with a women who is a perfect compliment. To read their fun antics and see his world shaken up for the first time is a real joy! Read more
Review:The heroine is 200 and never realized if she closes her eyes when she drinks blood she won't faint at the sight of it? How does she manage to dress herself?
A problem with this series is these are portrayed as "good" vampires, but they are disgusting. In all "good" vampire stories, they differ from "bad" vampires in that they have some respect for humans. Not these. They call their victims "donors" and refer to undiagnosed diabetics as "sweet treats". Offensive, to say the least.

Review:Having read some Lynsay Sands' before, I was quite excited when I got this one. The feeling didn't last long.
The novel starts at what feels like the middle of a story. I assume the events were already set up in a previous book, but if you haven't read it (like me) it just leaves you feeling confused and bewildered. Furthermore, the plot and action were rather stale and predictable. It gets better towards the end of the novel, but that doesn't make up for the disappointing beginning and middl... Read more
