Review:Michael Scott does an excellent job with continuing this saga. As in previous books, it is non-stop stress / action as Flamel struggles to keep the twins alive and safe. Sacrifices are made. Additionally, Perenelle finally turns the tables. But there are loses some of which may be difficult to recover. Read more
Review:The story of sisters, Carey and Janessa is heart breaking and intriguing. Part of me wanted to put the book down and never pick it up again and the other part didn't want to stop reading until I knew the sisters full story (this part won). I found the relationships in the book really strange and many aspects of the book very hard to believe - such as their quick recovery from a traumatic childhood and their cleverness after having no education. Review:This book was very interesting. It was about a boy who is getting abused by his mothers boyfriend and doesn't know how to tell his mother. He has no idea on how to solve his problem. The main character is John, and he is the one who is telling the story. Parts of it were funny, but a lot of it was very sad. I really liked this book. I recommend this book to anyone who likes reading anything dramatic. Read more

Review:Second in this series, starts about three months after previous book, I found it enjoyable and was reluctant to put it down. As usual very easy to read with short chapters. Look forward to the next one in the series. Read more
Review:I realize this book was meant for older teens but I really enjoyed it. I'm a James Patterson junky and read him every chance I get. He really did himself proud with this book. I couldn't put it down. I just started the series and it looks like another winner. Oh, I'm 68 years old. So this book is good for all ages. Read more
Review:There was an incessant worry over the main character from others as they acted on their own accord, regardless of her own opinions that personally bothered me. However, the main character had shared the same annoyance and vocalized this issue, improving the book substantially. Aside from this, the book held an interesting amount of humour, romance and action that had kept me indulged in the novel, from start to finish. Read more
Review:Ellen Hopkins never disappoints. I have yet to get a book from her that I haven't liked. I never want to put her books down, and the way she puts words together never ceases to amaze me. I'll buy very book she writes because I absolutely love each one. Read more
