Only to Die Again: Sam Dryden Thriller 2
Only to Die Again: Sam Dryden Thriller 2

Review:A strong start with an unique plot couldn't sustain the interest level throughout the book, mostly due to the uneven narrative depth. In earlier chapters, Lee seems to take extra pains to be more descriptive (sometimes annoyingly so) and as the book progress, he seems to have lost his patience and starts explaining things in a "blink-and-its-gone" pace. However, the plot itself is fantastic and the unique thriller/sci-fi blend is imaginative. The lead character seems to have lost a bit of moj... Read more

A First Contact Technothriller (Earth's Last Gambit Book 1)
A First Contact Technothriller (Earth's Last Gambit Book 1)

Review:To a certain extent, reminiscent of the story 2010, which is alluded to in this book. Felix Savage has been writing some complex stories with a lot of intrigue and back room dealing that drives the story line for a few years now. His Sol System Renegades series is filled with it. Now, in Freefall, He has crafted a present and very near future world where his skill at weaving a complex story line has created an exciting and plausible plot. His attention to current science and technology makes... Read more

Pulse (A Jack Sigler Thriller Book 1)

Review:This was the first Jeremy Robinson book I've read, and I've been following him on twitter for a while. Once I picked it up, I could not put it down. Non-stop action, just like I like. Well written. Can't wait to finish Instinct and Threshold. Read more

Instinct (A Jack Sigler Thriller Book 2)
Instinct (A Jack Sigler Thriller Book 2)

Review:Since childhood I have been fascinated with unknown creatures. Therefore, when The History Channel came out with its series MonsterQuest I was riveted and became an instant fan. Still holding fast to the last vestiges of childhood, I am also an avid gamer, with the Call of Duty series being one of my favorites. Jeremy Robinson clearly has similar interests, and in this novel blended both to create a fascinating story that entertains, and at times disgusts, readers while adding character depth... Read more

Review:Josh here!

So, this is my second Jeremy Robinson book and I can say, for certain, that it won’t be my last. I was looking for more stories that involve topics such as artificial intelligence and boy did I hit the mother-load with this one. Zombies, Androids, Artificial Intelligence, Zombie Androids, and more carried this story from a fantastic beginning to a thunderous conclusion.

This book was such a fresh take on the zombie genre that I just had to keep listening. Watching as Fre... Read more

Threshold (A Jack Sigler Thriller Book 3)

Review:Six months ago, Jack "King" Sigler received an urgent message from his late sister's former fiancé George Pierce to meet him at the Siletz Reservation in Oregon. When he arrives, he finds the place in ruins with thousands dead. The one survivor of the attack thirteen year old Native American Fiona Lane has a note pinned to her shirt by Alexander Diotrephes, who the King believes is Hercules; he says he is going after the mass murderers. Sigler brings together the rest of the Chess Team (Queen... Read more

The Mockingbird Drive (An Alex Vane Media Thriller
The Mockingbird Drive (An Alex Vane Media Thriller

Review:AC Fuller just keeps getting better! This is the third full novel in his Alex Vane thrillers. You don't have to have read the other two to understand the events of this latest, though (although there are a few references that long-time fans will appreciate). This is by far his strongest novel and his attention to detail and understanding of modern media including social media make this novel feel like it could be a tale happening in real time.

Alex Vane isn't the typical flat character th... Read more

Feared: A Rosato & DiNunzio Novel
Feared: A Rosato & DiNunzio Novel

Review:I have read many of Lisa Scottoline’s novels, enjoying each one. I have not read any books in this series. However, after reading this one, I guess it is time to go look for the other books in this series. After being told they are being sued for reverse discrimination (they claim they were not hired because they were males), Mary DiNunzio and Bennie Rosato, who are main players in their firm, are confused and outraged that something like this could have happened. Then their one male employee,... Read more

The Mephisto Club: (Rizzoli & Isles series 6)

Review:This series has become my favorite I haven't been able to put them down and this one was no exception. Tess amazes me with each book and how different yet perfectly tied together the story lines are. I loved the darkness of this book in particular. Read more
