Review:I love Gabbie and i was super pumped about this book and i still enjoy it even after noticing that most of the poems are rip offs of others. In a lot of them the poem is rephrased and she'll change up the words a little bit and put it out as something brand new but she said she was inspired by others and gave credit so i'm giving it 4 stars overall because the illustrations and a lot of the poems were very good enough to overlook the not so orginal ones. Great read for youth and adults and you w... Read more

Upon A Pale Horse
Upon A Pale Horse

Review:I love medical thrillers. The premise of this book is so troubling, especially since we have such little belief in our government and the media in all its forms. I was a student nurse back in 1977. As part of my clinical training in neuro, I cared for a person who was dying from a "simian virus". I did a paper on this patient, but the information regarding this diagnosis wasn't there. I thought no more about until now. In 1981, while working as nurse in orthopedic surgery, I cared for many... 100 Best-Loved Poems (Dover Thrift Editions)
100 Best-Loved Poems (Dover Thrift Editions)

Review:There are many anthologies of "Best Loved" poems. I was hoping to find the Kindle version of the book that my English teacher gave me in high school around 30 years ago but this wasn't it. This anthology seems to have selected one poem per author as "best loved" and I can't say that I agree with the editor's picks, though it does have many famous poems in it. I have been selecting poems at random and have not read the entire book, so it's possible that parts of the book may be different than ... Read more

Born to Love, Cursed to Feel
Born to Love, Cursed to Feel

Review:I thought this was a story, but it’s just poems. It’s more of a single persons view on her personal experiences with men. Missing punctuation. Some good poems. Some poems were a page & others were literally one sentence. I don’t think it was worth the price. Not a horrible book, just ok. Read more

Edgar Allan Poe: Complete Tales and Poems
Edgar Allan Poe: Complete Tales and Poems

Review:The book itself is wonderful. I have wanted to add it to my Poe collection for some time now, but the major issue was the seller. I had no idea they would use DHL Global mail which took over three weeks to ship. Poe would've preferred a carrier Raven instead. At least that would've made an excellent story. Peace Read more

Review:I fell in love with this author when I watched him tel his story on a Facebook video. I was so in love that I bought his book without any hesitation. Now, I am heart broken because I’ve already finished reading the book that sounds almost like my life story. If I had to write my thoughts, it would probably be this. The shortest $12 book I’ve ever bought, but every word is priceless.

Review:I was taken by surprise by this book ! There were several poems that I related to which I found to be a bit of a shock for whatever reason. I guess I didn't think that there were others who have gone through what I have or have felt what I felt. Overall it was an excellent book filled with beautiful poetry! Read more

2Fish: (a poetry book)
2Fish: (a poetry book)

Review:This book carries a variety of different forms of poems and even a short story. Her personal notes are included and if your a musical fan of hers you will begin to see the connections of her lyircs with her poems. This book is an insight to her most personal thoughts, and this form of vulnerability she shows us let's us know she is human. 2Fish also reminds you that your not the only one suffering, if your sufferring. Best poem book I have read yet. S o understandable and relatable. Read more
