Review:This book has very sweet pictures of unicorns in different surroundings. As always with Jade Summer books, the artwork is superb, with the designs being lively and fun to color. I especially like the backgrounds in each picture. All levels of colorists would enjoy this book, and great for children and adults. Read more
Review:This is an amazing art dump from the entire Zelda series history. Any official art you could think of, printed crisply with great colors—no blurring from taking art and blowing it up too large. And huge! Over 400 pages, and it weighs a ton! Read more
Review:It's sweet, but another technical glitch - there are sets of stickers by different illustrators but they do not release from the sheet they are printed on. They cannot be peeled away for use. Kind of a bummer Read more
Review:The Artist's Way Workbook is a valuable companion to the Artist's Way. The Workbook could be used alone but I'm using it in conjunction with the Artist's Way book. I've done the Artist's Way program a number of times, but this is my first use of the Workbook. I'm finding that using the Workbook deepens and enhances the Artist's Way experience for me. Read more
Review:Wins the award for worst book design of the year. The text is almost unreadable as it is microscopically small, condensed, boldface and sans-serif, all of these opposite to what is needed for readability. The lines are unreadably wide and the margins are absurdly small, the gutter being so minimal that one must virtually break the spine to read the nearby text. The many illustrations are so muddily printed that one can not make sense of the book's discussion of them. E.g., the text refers to pai... Read more
Review:I am often disappointed in tattoo books with little story and the same old coverage of the history of tattooing. I've also regretted purchases of books by high-profile folks with something to sell. This is neither of the above. This book is entertaining, visually stimulating, inspiring and packed full. I'm really thrilled with this book. Congrats Kat. It's a winner. Read more
Review:This book is essential to any artist interested in studying the principles of design as related to 2D compositions. It is an easy and entertaining read also. The concepts will inspire you to push every frame of a story to its greatest story-telling potential. I wish it was a bit longer, but that's just because I want to hear more of what he has to say. Review:For all his intent to not commercialize his art, and an intention cheered and supported by his many fans (like minded individuals), the desire to own copies of these and to read the few words that allow us to hear his thoughts -- it is a must have. Read more
Review:Bought this expecting a book of skull tattoo pges, as it was the first item to pop up when I typed "skull tattoo book", far from it. On top of that the pictures which are in the book are of very low quality and not at all tattoo ideas, skull or other. Several of the pictures I can't even guess at what they are. Very disappointed. I found some much higher quality at the dollar tree today with double the pages.Would probably from this seller again. Read more
Review:Was disappointed most of the pictures where filled in black and white and several of the pages are tiny images (space fillers) I felt like. Was hoping to see more characters and more of the actual movie in this coloring book. Hoping they will recreate a better version with more photos of Christmas Town, Oogie Boogie's area, Jack playing Santa, etc. Basically, more actual images to color. Love Nightmare Before Christmas, but felt this could have been way better, Read more
