Review:After two readings, this book will sit on my nightstand for a third. Martin's approach is simple - which is not to say easy. It is a wonderful meditation, and I expect that I will continue to get something new and inspiring from every re-reading. Meanwhile, the book has given me a whole new reading list of books on a variety of related subjects including Mertin, Nouwen and others. Read more
Review:A dialogue between two thoughtful world views in an approach toward understanding and reason on both sides of the debate about the place of religion in the modern world. An easy to grasp overview of a complex and fraught topic. Sam Harris' voice is unique and always stimulating. Read more
Review:An incredibly personal journey through the life of David Wilcock and his experience with the spiritual expansion process. This book is filled with extraordinary disclosures from insiders that will blow your mind! I've recommended this book to all my family and friends. Read more
Review:This book caught my attention when I read the title & ordered it immediately. My brother's best friend in school was 6'8" and he had 2 cousins just as tall or taller. It was a bit of a handicap for them in those days (1960's) because the rest of world was so much shorter and it was challenging for them to live with the American standard. I wonder now if those 3 tall handsome guys share the DNA of the giants in this book. Thank you Richard Dewhurst for digging up the truth about the "giant" ... Read more
Review:I read this and several other Lobsang Rampa books 30 years ago when around ten years of age and never revisited them. I found them absolutely the most absorbing experience, breathtakingly outclassing my very thorough traditional Christian education and sowing the seeds (little did I know it then) of my adoption of Buddhism a decade and a half later (Rampa then not playing any role of which I was conscious). Reading some of these reviews, I dare not take another dip: it may be that there i... Read more
Review:I bought three of this series of booklets - The Hadith, the Sharia Law for Non-Muslims and the Two-Hour Koran all by Mr. Bill Warner. It reads in easy to understand terms - neutral in voice - but honest and frightening in the meaning of what Sharia Law means to all of us. We must be exceptionally careful here in the Western World to deny the encroachment of this barbaric law into our civilization. It may be okay for 7th Century A.D. Arabs wandering in the desert in caravans - no skip that - I ... Read more
Review:Why would someone spend 20 years researching so many diverse subjects about human life on earth in 50 different countries: compiling history, politics, market and bank dominations and policies and laws and expose a connection at the top to a few ruling families? Why bring into this mix, universal phenomenon including interdimensional life on other spheres beyond earth in the galaxy?

Review:The entire book seemed like a printed "infomercial" for training workshops. Telling you not quite enough of the serious material, and an overabundance of the fluff. There is a fixation/mandate for drums, and rattles when such things are in reality not necessary.
You will get some historical insight into some cultural shamanic practices, and this alone justifies reading the book.
If you're looking for SERIOUS information on trance, journeying, and other things uniquely shamanic; thi... Read more
Review:Jami Amerine is delightful and her journey to find truth is real and honest. This isn't a how-to type of book but Jami's personal story, and it is so easy to relate to. This book needed to be written and I highly recommend it, wherever you are on your Jesus journey.
I received an advance reader copy of the book. Read more
